I really doubt that. If true, that's one hell of a perk as they're losing $50k in tuition per student per year for undergraduate degree seekers.

At least some colleges used to do this. This wasn't UM, but I got hooked up to 8 semesters at full tuition rate to the college of my choice. Some time in the 90s they switched it to free at our school and pro-rating some percentage to a college of your choice.

For those questioning how she racked up the just under quarter million mark in debt for three useless degrees, her mom was a low level employee of a private school, think lunch line server or cleaning the bathroom maid, maybe a data file drone (irony!) or even all the way up to some secretary desk jockey position at best, and then was allowed to go there as a family admission. The school still wants their money and Reeeebecca has already told the story about losing her scholarship quickly once enrolled in actual college classes as opposed to high school dual study shit I suspect she might have gone to before graduating a private high school prep program. So everything after maybe a semester or two at the most was on a financial loan, including at least one study abroad course while she was made to get a degree with another major by the school, like all the other people there with her in that program at that time. Three years of that will rack up $100K-$125K+ in red ink easy. Then she just had to go to New York for a useless degree in...vidya history preservation. So shit decision, piled on shit decision, piled on shit person equals, "Help me Bernie Sanders, you're this harpy's only reproductive hope!"

You owe that money back with interest Rebecca, you decided to mortgage your future when your past dried up and this is now that future. Keep your fucking grubby ebegging hands out of my future security trades in hopes that you can tax me to pay for your exceptional individual choices in life and learn to do something useful with yourself other than archive children's diversions that provide no real value to the world if they're there anymore for historical reference or not.

Weird, she seems to have accidentally implied that she doesn’t enjoy constantly moaning, that she doesn’t exist in a permanent state of self-induced rage and misery, that she doesn’t deliberately seek out reasons to be angry, that she doesn’t consciously seek out the negative aspects of any situation in an attempt to spoil everyone else’s fun and make them pay attention to her.

Yep. It has been pointed out repeatedly that if there was a Marxist revolution, the bougie little fucks currently pushing identity politics would be the first against the wall.
