It just seems like the usual trashfire that is anything on twitter thats not an announcement.

Casey didn't explicitly promise the judge anything. The court cannot restrain him from doing something he's legally entitled to do - and he's legally entitled to file any time before the new deadline.
Good luck going before a judge and saying "you know that thing I looked you in the eye and said I agreed not to do? Yeah I'm doing it." Especially when it's the same judge that then has to rule on that exact thing. Chupp is already fed up with both of them and decided that playing dad at the depositions would keep both kids happy, basically shitting on the agreement and wasting the courts time isn't a smart move in any reality. It's an even dumber move when you're in the middle of discovery abuse and depositions.

actually it has a worst reaction than I initially thought. all ty has to do is point out how he's been cordial and then casey's conduct... and the judge will suddenly be much more favorable to ty.

I've noticed Akiva does this a lot, condescending tone, essentially "lowering" himself to the "lesser" people jobs in his eyes.
This is actually a horrid example because postmodernism has irreperably damage the arts because it traded the craftsmanship of the artwork and replaced it with fee-fees and 2deep4u edgy teenager nonsense. The actual composition of modern art is objectively degraded. If it really is something your first year art student can do, let alone a firstgrader in elementary, unless they're amazingly talented, it's poor.

But of course he'd take that stance. The fact that art can and should be critiqued by the ability of the artist and not how well they can grift "Art enthusiasts" by convincing them their period blood splattering are actual a super deep commentary on whatever nonsense would rob of him of the ability to snootily look down on others despite being as cultured as an Appalachian mountain hobo.

This is the sort of Long Island Jew that gives actual Long Island jews a bad name and rep. He just radiates smug arrogant elitist tribalism.

Remember back a couple of weeks ago when Shane said Ron and Monica had THREE law firs representing them. I smell fig ops a foot.

Hmmm? That might be interesting. Was that before or after the last court hearing? If new Lawyer was engaged and working back then, and just not introduced to the court, he might find himself in a world of unexpected and probably undeserved hurt should the subject of Sanctions be raised.

There are so many ways that the snobbery thing applies to this entire situation it's crazy. But rather than writing a War and Peace dissertation on it, I'll say this...

The most bass akward Appalachian mountain hick can look at the Mona Lisa or a 'Big city" architectural wonder and appreciate it's beauty and complexity. The post-modern snob sees only how they 'intersect' with the current truth/agenda.

He's a big city kike lawyer, that's three distinct flavors of "I am better than you". How could you expect anything else?

Before. It was around the same time Casey left Kessler Collins.

"And then one day, for no reason at all, people voted Hitler into power."

First mentions of Casey vanishing from Kessler Collins' website are about a week after the hearing, it was either a day or 2 after that when the 3rd lawyer was first mentioned by shoe huffer and soye on twitter.

Could have sworn it was before. Might have mistaken that for around when the interrogatories were due.

Hearing happened on the 31st of May as far as I can tell from looking through KF Casey vanished off the KC website on or around June 7th. I think you've just seriously messed up the timeline in your head as there's been multiple filings and responses given. I do believe either Marchi or FUNimation sent their responses shortly after the hearing between BHBH and Casey. I know Marchi sent hers in rather fast considering how long she dodged service and FUNimation replied well before their agreed upon extended date.

The thing I'm finding hard to believe here is they hired this TCPA specialist before that meeting, no mention of him from Casey at all when the subject of them filing a TCPA was brought up and that if they could agree to stay such a filing until after the depositions then there would be no need for a rule 11 agreement. They likely hired him very recently as an advisor to see if filing a TCPA is even a viable option, because if he's been around since at least mid May he'd have told them to file before the hearing because they have a good shot at it or he'd have told them not to bother, wished them well and parted ways.

I see what happened. I mixed it up with the June 10th deadline for Monica and Ron's Interrogatories.

Yeah so somewhere between 31st of May and the 9th of June this new guy may or may not have showed up. We still have to take everything these 2 say with a swimming pool of salt (Shane straight up lying in that post about Casey making partner at another firm). They could've hired a 3rd firm with a TCPA specialist on tap who told them something they didn't like and had to shop around for a new one, either way it seems doubtful that they had a TCPA lawyer just sitting on his hands prior to the May 31st hearing.

I think we can rule out the "they're stalling to bleed Vic out" plan at this point, lord knows how much this is costing them but Ron can say bye bye to that audi for a while. This is going to become a real mess once the conflicts of interest start happening and I pity the poor fuckers they hire after that happens as they'll be knee deep in shit and none of it is their fault.
