Also, don't forget Vic is used to sitting in place, talking, for hours. The talking in the deposition was meaner than an anime con, but he still knows what it's like to just be sitting there and shooting the breeze for hours.

From what I'd guess, it's either nice-cop Bullock or mean-cop Top-CEC. Considering Toye has sent BS ethics complaints to Ty and Nick, and is all around bitch, I'm guessing Carey.
