I remember her as Kuroko in Index/Railgun and QT from Space Dandy. Her voice work is okay. I don't know whether she is involved or not.

I used to buy anime by the collection back in the ADV timeframe when good Anime was the standard, not the exception, and carried little risk of wasting $40-80 a pop. Burst Angel was one of the very few series I bought that I just never really clicked with. I should have liked it. It fit right in with my likes in genres. Looking back, it's sorta funny to me that BA has a 'greatest hits' of Kick Vickers and I disliked their product more than a decade before knowing what POS's they were IRL.

What's really weird about the Burst Angel cast is how much of what they said in the commentaries would ruin their careers today if any of it were taken out of context.

My thoughts is if they cannot find anything to use against him, they will probably pull the "he was not that cooperative and thus looks like he has things to hide. Not a good look for vic"

(being not cooperative meaning not providing damning testimonies)

Well, based on my earlier predictions, I'm probably BTFO. I didn't count on the time wasting dumbassery of asking about the GFM and Star Trek Continues.

Still want to see a transcript, though. Nick said they spent 2 hours out of 6 on that crap... but he didn't say what the other 4 hours were spent on, and he dropped strong hints that it was a lawyer guy being mean about how Vic treats women. Which means they don't have a solid defense prepared that just needs some gaps filled in.

If they're willing to blow their depos on setting up basic stuff like public figure status and "fear" of YouTube lawyer, instead of allegations that may have caused firings, their case may be in worse shape than we thought possible.

I'll bet the tattered remains of my anonymous non-lawyer credibility that they are trying to build a defense from scratch right now, when they should have the basic strategy in place and be moving pieces to counter the substance of the suit.

I believe Nick's phrasing was making it up as they go along or flying by the seat of their pants or something similar. Basically, he felt they never expected to get this far, never did the basic game theory on what Vic and BHBH would do, and hey, now they have to face depositions tomorrow.

They're more fucked than we thought, and we thought they were more fucked than the teddy bear that Monica lets Soye keep in his cage when Tyrone comes over.
