Question for those more versed in civil law than myself: Can the court reject a tcpa if one is filed tomorrow morning based on the attorney's agreement not to file? Or would there need to be a hearing for the court to toss it?

Just a thought: What if Ty does a Galaxy Brain move by letting Nick do a stream on all the depositions in full, effectively getting Vic's out ahead of the incoming spin attempts and cherry picking and nuking Ron and Monica in retaliation for this bullshit stalling they keep attempting, putting their public admission of being fake and gay or blatantly letting themselfves get publicly caught on perjury out there and pull the wind out of their sails.

Hey, does anyone know what side Alison Viktorin is on? I skimmed her twitter and she seems to be pretty christian from what I've seen in her posts. I wouldn't be surprised if she's kickvic though considering she's a big name voice actress and probably under pressure to tow the party line.

These grade school bully level shitheads have no proof, to where they're just going at stereotypes and self entitled justification. The whole "manga/anime picture = totally irrelevant/dismissable" thing comes from mainstream social media and Youtube, where you know, their comments sections are always credible to believe* *coming from manchildren and ass talking teenagers, follow at your own risk

Her biggest role is without a doubt Conan from Detective Conan, but unlike Vic, that's not a show I would have watched dubbed at all. Even someone like me who watches nothing but subbed anime in recent years is aware of who Vic is and I've never even heard of this woman until today, because of all her other roles. While FMA and DBZ are defining roles for Vic, I still know him from the Persona games and a couple of other works too.
