I dont know why anyone would really try to fake it. There is no blood test that will 100% prove you have it, but they do diagnosis mostly on blood tests and symptoms.
Also, what makes any illness alluring to these idiots? Why do these fuck bagels want to be sick so bad?

Edit for the what it does: It can make your organs swell and make you feel like you have old man joints. All of these illnesses that they like kind of all go hand in hand.

Somewhat unrelated but I read an article recently about generational disability amongst rednecky families who decide working is for losers and the gubmint should give them money because the have lifestyle-related symptoms like pain and fatigue and because their undisciplined brats are hyperactive. Four generations of this family were unemployed and leeching off the government. The article followed them as they lost their shit when said government decided their kids were just assholes and they didn’t get free money for raising inbred hellions.

Lupus comes with all kinds of munchie perks. Extreme fatigue is a top symptom, even when the condition is well managed.It can lead to kidney failure, which would be th perfect excuse for weekly ER visits (and other organs can also be quite negatively affected.) Edema and swelling, which fat munchies love to blame their weight on anyways. A lot of lupus patients are on ungodly numbers of medication, so there's the pill porn and more running to the ER for even mild side effects.

Best of all, it does have reoccurring periods of remission and flare ups. It's the perfect excuse to lay in bed when you want to and go to Disneyland when you want to, all under the guise of "everybody's illness are different!"

Lupus is hellish for those who have it, but a veritable grab bag for munchies.

I remember reading it and several of the articles responding to it and finding out the grandmother/mom is a registered sex offender so her wanting her family to stay on disability isn't that surprising. Her original disability was a shoulder injury pumping gas and her daughter has down syndrome but still gave birth to 3 - 4 kids she relied on to get disability as well , they go to pain management ... what a disgusting white trash hell.

It was the kids had ADHD and OCD and ODD and autism and it's not their fault they're little fuck-gremlins who ruin everything they touch because no one ever enforced any rules or boundaries for them. Their response to anything was more pills. It's like the Schofields with more inbreeding and less BMW.
