Offering legal advice and/or services to a resident of California who stands to be possibly sued in Texas seems like it'd be a pretty ill-advised course of action, given that both California and Texas have "unauthorized practice of law" statutes (CA BPC § 6126, TX PENAL § 38.123) that say if you're not recognized by their State Bar Association, you aren't a lawyer in State, nor authorized to practice law there.Maybe he can get his grubby little fingers into the ArmzGurl GFM. That is if she hasn't spent it all on Funko pops or whatever other fucking shit she buys rather than feeding her cats or doing something responsible.
But hey, what do I know. I'm certainly no New York Super Lawyer. #LawTwitter
