They'll likely have a hearing on it after the Depositions, which can let BHBH further drive the nail into the coffin by mentioning that they needed the info before the depositions and was willing to tolerate their bullshit right up until the friday of the week before. I would definitely hate to be Casey having to argue on that right after the judge told you off on the affadavits and having yet another fight in discovery issues when he thought the kids would behave now that they have the depositions done with daddy in the room.

Willing to bet Armzgurl was one of the affadavits, considering her sour mood may be related to sending in her affadavit and now being told she's going to be put out there.

If you're talking about the discovery/interrogatories, apparently Nick said some were filed as affidavits the previous night and given on the spot. Nick presumes that some may not be inadmissible.
Ty immediately wanted to redact the names and release the affidavits publicly, Casey denied that; Ty went to judge and pointed at Casey's own words about wanting everything public. Judge then asks if Casey wanted a gag order, Casey said no. Judge said, "if they don't want it public they can withdraw their statements and to hire their own lawyers" since Casey doesn't represent them

I can envision a scenario where the three stooges all propose a ludicrously low or otherwise asinine offer. Some low dollar amount but only if Vic "takes responsibility."

When that is soundly rejected, the trial will go on. Funi, realizing they are gonna be on the hook for three high dollar payouts not including their own, underbusses them with a legit settlement and nopes TF out, leaving the stooges footing their own ever-escalating legal costs.

Another absurd settlement will be offered and rejected, leading to a full scale PR campaign painting the ongoing legal fight as 'victimizing' the whamminz. Toye will be underbussed because 'penis' .

From there, I would expect various return trips to court after they ultimately lose the case because none of these people will ever stop pushing their story/agenda. New 'victims' will magically appear 'emboldened' by the brave whamminz plight at the hands of the dread pirate Vic, and Toye will ultimately be painted as the reason that they are all in lifetime debt by legal KickVic twitterites in an attempt to milk the situation for woke points and donations.
