I don't see it as them considering to invite Vic, rather a pointed answer to ManJawrian et al that they have never had complaints about Vic, and that they should stop talking shit.

Idk, Vic seems like a forgiving kind of guy. Ty has stated several times that he's holding back per Vic's request. Hell, the only reason he's even taking them to court in the first place is because he felt that he had tried every other option and felt that he had no other choice.

Maybe he didn't give that stock answer to all of the tweets, just... the ones that are very obviously not a joke or hyperbole. Which is... a damn good chunk of them. Eh. I don't know. i find it very strange that searching "casey erick" in DDG doesn't return a KF link until way down in the results, below some reddit shit. I'm guessing it is because casey erick lacks a dedicated thread and so discussion of casey erick is spread too thin to return anything high ranking.

Forget the matter of where these affidavits are supposed to be, or even the fact that if there were affidavits taken, the law was involved because there would have to be someone authorized to administer the oaths-- you don't know what an affidavit is.

They didn't have a better answer. Acknowledging that he made them means he has to answer for their content.

The people who are so desperate to become martyred for their cause really freak me out, man. I understand it's an important role to fill, but when you're practically begging for it, it just makes everyone uncomfortable. Slow your roll, a bit. Maybe behave yourself.

As Nick said, it seems like they're just flying by the seat of their pants, making shit up as they go. He absolutely should have been better prepared, but then again we're also dealing with someone who Casey probably realizes is totally incapable of keeping his stupid mouth shut. The worst part about having him repeat it over and over again, though, is that, when you say "I do not recall," it has to be truthful. You have to truly not recall, and any evidence to the contrary means that you lied under oath, in which case you are absolutely bonered, so there's that. Good luck, Mr. Soye. I cannot fucking wait to read the transcript.
