Bob going on a little rant about why a straight pride parade is dangerous and would be damaging to the minorities. Once again Bob shows his grasp of the First Amendment to be sketchy, since he thinks it is okay to deny permits because fight may break out from disagreement over speech. Or that Right Wing Death Squads will come down on the town for an event that will probably be very sparsely attended. I also don't see any evidence that August 31 is "college move in weekend" as Bob claims. Most of the colleges I looked at actually start a week earlier, and in any case the route doesn't go near any major University areas.
