We have seen only one Discord server. And they seemed to cycle through and abandon ones they thought to be compromised.

So while Ron and Monica were not on this server, they may have been on previous servers. Also there could have been parallel servers that we don't know about yet.

Seeing as how Ron is reluctant about handing over public tweets in discovery, he would probably try to hide any discord conversations while thinking himself clever for doing it.

Proving communication seems difficult right now, primarily because the defendants aren't turning over the communication that has been requested. However, might their failure to do this give Ty the approval from the court to subpoena that information from various companies that would have it, but wouldn't obviously turn it over without court order?

Also, Nick said he got 5 affidavits. Only one of them was Monica, (EDIT: according to Nick, none of them were Monica) and the others were none of the individuals named in the Funi/Sony investigation. So much for them wanting to come forward.

Nick also teased some material that came in that he says are too stupid to believe.

Wouldnt Monica and Toye be enough for that?

I get the feeling theres some evidence of communications between Marchi and them too. And Dominique Skye. I personally believe she has more involvement than everyone thinks and its proven she was talking with Monica after gay ops occurred.

Keep in mind we only have communications from Ron and Monica. If Ron and Monica cant fight discovery then neither can Marchi. Funimation maybe can maybe due to the fact that they are a business entity or something. Having the whole picture will tell if theres a conspiracy or not.

We don't even know if the affidavits can be admissible as evidence. Probative value has to exceed prejudicial value and so on. And if it's a "I heard from a friend who saw another friend get RAPED by Vic," that's probably not admissible, either.

It's all up to discovery, of course, but at the moment ManJawtrarian just seems like a person who wants to push an agenda and desperately wants to be relevant. Like a female Shane.
