uh-oh here we go, time to try and get money out of that dang dirty Gamestop!!

Somehow! Because ummm courts! and Barb knows a lot about this stuff from watching her stories and proving someone broke some rule means you get money right?

the judge probably told chris to stay away from gamestop and any employee, and he probably took that to mean that gamestop had the same restrictions placed upon their employees. but as posted above, unless one of the gamestop employees were there for that hearing, i don't know how they would know that.

Yea After the Snyder fiasco Chris thought his restraining order also meant that Snyder had to stay away from him by law as well. This is just similar thinking by the Clown Prince of Grime.

Is Chris trying to play lawyer now by collecting "evidence" against the Gamestop?
To be a fly on the wall when he shows these to his poor, poor defender.

Or says anything to his poor, poor defender who realizes they've made a huge mistake.

Prosecution has video evidence of the assualt that has been publicly seen thousands of times

Chris has screencaps of visual voicemails he may/may not have listened to

Clearly Chris is sending that jerk to jail

Chris is just trying to shift the blame, or the penalty, or do whatever he can to improve his odds, it seems. Over here we have a phrase for these sort of desperate actions in hopeless situations. We call them, the drowned man's kicks.

See you in the bottom, Chris (from up above)

Even if they violated a court order (they didn't)
It does not change his criminal charges so why does this matter at all

Yes it does. It means that all charges are dropped and GameStop, on pain of banishment from the state of Virginia, must immediately pull all copies of that game from their shelves. Chris has won this round.

It would matter in a civil case as the judge would have jurisdiction over all parties but as you said this is still on his criminal charges. Even if witnesses from GameStop assist against Chris in court it is still Chris vs the state.

This is Chris doing everything in his power to find a way to downplay and play his victim card for the hundredth time. He should know by now not to post a thing about his case as it's just digging him deeper. I would imagine his attorney would have told him not to discuss his case but the guy has too much pride.

I didn't listen to either message and made sure they were deleted, because even if this did constitute as evidence of any kind, I wanted to be sure not to retain it.

Not to mention this isn't even the same gamestop the incident occurred in.

Who knows if this is even related to his "raid" since he didn't listen to it? He may have just popped up on someone's computer and they called him wondering if he was coming to pick up the stack of pre-orders he had waiting for him.
