FB 1/15 - Chris has something important to share of importance

What Chris didn't know is that the person who was calling him was actually Hajime Satomi, the CEO of Sega. He just wanted to negotiate with Chris. He was gonna offer to cancel everything relating to Sonic Boom and the infamous blue arms and was, in fact, going to offer Chris a hefty sum of money (probably in the seven digits) as reparations for the psychological trauma his company has brought upon Chris.

Oh for shit's sake. He thinks they're trying to frame him. "Haw haw," say the malicious Gamestop JERKS, "If we contact him, that will force him into contact with us, violating the court order! At last, we can deliver the final cruelest kick to the autistic!"

I wouldn't be shocked if he honestly thought Gamestop - like, the entire company - was preparing a case against him. I'm still expecting the actual court date to be nothing special, but the inside of his brain must be fucking amazing right now.

Well Chris, it's no high school artistic achievement award, but I think you've earned it.

He doesn't even know who called. It could have been their lawyer who just happened to be calling from their phone. Counsel or a legal representative from the store would be entitled to tell him to stay away or put him on notice of that somehow. I suspect he isn't being entirely candid here.

Oh I just think gamestop was just wanted to inform chris that they're taking him to small claims court for the damages done to their products, and that chris still doesn't know what a restraining order is.

Just read Ken's reply to Chris's post and I can't help but face palm at his stupidity. Not only did he show he doesn't know how phones work, he doesn't know how to read pictures or read what Chris actually posted.

Chris stated he had those four contacts from "previous inquiries" and that the game stopped he maced at were the two voicemails.

What does Ken say? "Oh how strange. All four places called you? An inside agent must have contacted them".

And for the record, my guess is Chris was told to avoid the store, like he was with Snyder; and Chris just applied it to everyone so he doesn't look like he's to blame. And of course, he probably wasn't even listening to the judge at the time so when he asked his lawyer about what was said, the lawyer just answers "you guys have to stay away from each other and don't contact each other either". So Chris applied it both ways.

Chris is going to get murdered in prison, isn't he?

He's probably not going to prison but to jail, for less than a year. The difference between prison and jail is that people in jail can usually expect to be out again in a few months. Or they're waiting to be tried for something and can't make bail. In any event, they look forward to getting out reasonably soon.

Prison is for people who are there for a long time, maybe even for life, and have less to lose. While prisons generally contain genuinely dangerous people, jails contain garden variety fuckups. Like Chris himself. Drunks, vandals, guys who slapped their girlfriends around, repeat shoplifters, etc. I suppose it's possible he could run into a real badass, or piss off someone enough to get pimp-slapped, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Chris is not going into an episode of Oz, people.
