Kind of like Tyler Malka to be fair. No matter what Tyler Malka does in 2019 for many years on NeoGAF no one should forget he was an unhinged sociopath himself allowing some of the worst mods imaginable to make NeoGAF a shithole and allow it to spread across the gaming industry. It was making money to be like this.
Occasionally Tyler Malka took some of his wrath out on the psychotic troons on NeoGAF, but the militant blacks were always protected. Such as Enzom21 who's ban kill count on NeoGAF would be in the thousands... and he ended up being white

Sure Jan.Going woke sometimes makes money, short-term. But you do normally end up broke once your user base turns on you. This is why Cerium has 9,000+ posts on NeoGAF (in 2 years!) but hardly posts on his own forum. A minor slip-up and it's NeoResetEra 3.0. Avoid interacting with the crazies, just allow them to go mad in the background whilst you count your ad money and Era Clear subscriptions.
It's also why ZERO moderation feedback is tolerated. You shut it all down right away and make your userbase fear you. Once the gulags are set up, you maintain a tighter grip over your userbase and they'll all value their Resetera account over speaking freely. No feedback tolerated, no criticism allowed, speak your mind and get banned.
This is all just autistic forum drama, but at the same time, it is good entertainment and an unfolding experiment where the results tend to repeat themselves. Isamu Fukui's days are numbered, you never make it out alive giving the keys to these inmates.
