Even I a complete layman to this whole thing, outside of watching Nick's livestreams at work because he's entertaining, and only vaguely keeping an eye on it because I'm curious of the outcome know that Nick never once stated it couldn't be filed. Only that Ty finagled it so that it would piss off the judge if Ron/Monica tried to do it before they were deposed. Has he even mentioned Funimation's route at all?

I'm pretty sure there were times where he was operating on the assumption one would be filed.

It's just baffling to me that a group of people with some level of education can all just act so ignorant of facts. You're literally celebrating a victory you created based on you completely ignoring actual facts for your own sperging like wtf. You're adults not children playing courtroom.
