If his alogs were capable of getting him banned from PayPal, it would've happened months ago. They most likely either did it on their own as part of a sweep, or as @satin water snake said, they've just waited until he hit such an absolute low that nobody would give enough of a fuck to push back in any meaningful way.

Yes, Ralph, they're trying to silence you seeing how you don't do that to yourself already by being a permadrunk, high on pills during shows and cancelling shows regularly.
