I don't know why this person is tweeting about JY instead of seeking criminal or civil remedies. I'm one of the last people to tell people to go to the cops for internet bullshit but when you have someone threatening you, talking about how they know where you are, taking photos of you and contacting you repeatedly after being told to stop... that crosses into actionable harassment in many places. Are they just too polite to take offense at that in Canadaeh?

It could be going on in the background, why give the creep any advance warning?

Yeah that's really not how you're supposed to deal with stalkers, either, if you read up on the relevant criminology of it all. The last thing she should do is discuss him publicly. She shouldn't respond to anything he says or does in any way visible to him, because it'll feed the obsession. You have to starve him of the emotional satisfaction of getting a response from his target until he gets bored and moves on to another victim.

The cops may or may not be able to do anything useful, either. I'm not familiar with Canadian cops and such, but I do know that in the US restraining orders often aren't advised for similar reasons (it's a response to his bullshit that he can see), and nine times out of ten aren't worth the paper they're printed on when it comes to preventing violent escalation.

Homegirl needs to get a security specialist or victim advocate or something before she ends up as part of a skin suit.

Update from building - flags are down. Although Apple maps did come through with their street view cars in the last couple weeks. With any luck those flags are going to be there permanently.

This bchrt is going to be hilarious to witness. He's way stupider than he thinks he is and is going to come accross like a lunatic. Cannot wait for his one big threat to be taken away from him

I’ll put my tinfoil hat on and suggest that she’s playing the long game. Jonny likes to sail close to the wind and I think it may only be a matter of time before he makes a more explicit threat, whereupon more direct action can be taken.

I actually don’t think Jon would get physically violent. For all he’s a horrible man who likes to intimidate women, he’s still a pathetic blubbery little momma’s boy.
