Russ might be reconsidering his One-Star Crusade to Dissuade.

Nah. He just expected people to tell him how right he was. It's hilarious that they told him off, instead.
"What's your greatest weakness?"
"Nobody understands my plights, but I kick my disability in the ass"

"Have you ever been at fault for a termination"
"Nobody understands my plights, but I kick my disability in the ass"

"Tell us about a time you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it"
"Nobody understands my plights, but I kick my disability in the ass"
FTFY

It appears as though Russ’ one-star review of Lundberg & Associates on Google Maps has been flagged and/or removed.

The review does, however, remain visible on his profile.

When I posted the rewrite less than 30m after it went up it was already missing from their business page, and I was wondering if it had been flagged or just taking a while to show up like they do sometimes. If you saw it on their page to begin with that means someone flagged it, presumably because he was trying to name and shame a specific person on Google's platform. Would be funny if the one line he kept at the end (one star for you, Deserae) is what got it removed. I mean, what's the point of writing reviews if you can't belittle women you've never met by their first names?

Let's face it, what's the point in living if you can't belittle women in general? If they don't suck you your penis on sight then they MUST be punished because they are clearly dysfunctional. How dare this ignorant, unprofessional woman do her job? How dare a mega celebrity not acknowledge gas station flowers or an autistic screed of a song? How dare instathots date other men or, much, much worse, women?

This is Rusty's world. We just live in it and point and laugh at him.

Even if Russ's litigious behavior wasn't a deal breaker, it's clear from the briefs he's posted (of his own free will I might add) that he is absolutely clueless about the field he claims to be trained in. And you know people Google him, and yeah, a lawyer seeking to hire a paralegal would definitely be interested in their previous legal work, so if they provide a sample of work they did on their own, it's going to get reviewed, and it is blindingly obvious Russ is utterly incompetent at the job he's seeking. Now, I'd google everyone before I ever contacted them so if someone like Russ did apply, they wouldn't get anything but a standard rejection letter.

One thing in particular would stand out to a lawyer: He clearly has no idea how discrimination law works. When he was banned from the Ranch for making harassing statements, he claimed he did it because he was anxious, and since anxiety is a disability and protected by law, he couldn't be banned. I'm not a lawyer and I could you that's not how it works at all.

Is there any way to fish his resume out of him?
There was an old resume of his posted here waaay back—I think someone found it on LinkedIn or Monster or some such. As would be expected, it contained a bunch of three month stints as a janitor interspersed with a short internship at the Utah AG and >2 months at a law firm. Does anyone have a sock LinkedIn account to fish around for it?

Yeah, he's very much under the impression that having a disability means that no matter what you can never ban him from any place, ever. It wasn't that his "anxiety" made him make those comments, he thinks that having a disability is a free pass to do whatever you want and they can never ban you, because being disabled means you're legally entitled to enjoy all public services without restriction.

More than that, he thinks it means you're entitled to special treatment. When he sued AG, he cited Utah disability law, which is concerned with ensuring equal access to public venues. He got equal access. He didn't get special treatment, which is what he thinks having a disability entitles him to. When he took his book and flowers into the concert, he'd been told on Quora and by the venue he couldn't bring them in, but his actions seem to indicate he truly believes the rules don't apply to him because of his disabilities.

Didn't Chris's dad make a similar argument when he was banned from the game store?

I often have anxiety attacks that compel me to declare total strangers have AIDs. I mean who doesn’t have a bad “panicked and screamed AIDs on a yelp review” anxiety moment now and again?

I wish people would give real answers to Russ.

Good answers telling him why it’s a bad idea to slam a company that didn’t hire you just might make him think. Saying “ you are the idiot who sued everybody” lumps all decent responders who disagree into the hater group in his mind, and they are all discounted. 30 thoughtful answers and one from a hater means they all are discarded because he doesn’t have the ability to pick and choose.

While it doesn’t matter much, he would not change, it’d be interesting if every once in a while Russ could get jolted into reality about normal behavior. I sure would like for him to hear the truth without him knowing it’s a “mentally ill troll” responding.

The thing is, he discounts anything he doesn't want to hear as trolling. Even if you said "Russ, slamming a company that didn't hire you isn't very professional, and employers do google applicants, it looks bad for you" he'd claim the person was harassing him. Look what he did when TS's agent sent a very polite VM telling him why they couldn't pass on his song to Taylor. He posted the audio, unedited, and claimed they were abusive and made fun of him. He's delusional, in my opinion, and I think he really does process completely normal responses as abuse.

In many cultures, Russ would receive the special treatment of euthanasia. That concept probably never popped into his head before.

Or executed for sexual immorality. Yeah, guys hire hookers in Muslim countries all the time, but only the rich and ruling class can be blatant about it, and sometimes not even then. They have to be very discreet. Shit if this was 40 years ago, Russ would have been shoved into a state hospital and forgotten about.
