Another liar tossing their hat in, claiming they witnessed Vic do bad touching and asshole stuff at Kamehacon. Sadly the person who took the screenshot didn't archive, and the post is now deleted.

Her followup "explanation" has also been deleted.

Implications she's a friend of Monica's, but that could be a lie too

Tweets with the screenshots, including Emosh explaining why it's bs:

Oh I am laughin'
At first this read like something Shane would write, but now I'm not so sure. The part about trying to link Vic and Nick to a conspiracy certainly leads me to believe it someone that's friends with Monica or at least within the group. It's clear that's what MoRon's SuperLawyer lemonhead is trying to do, but maybe the deviant art poster just put two and two together.

It's funny how these people start lashing out more and more the closer they get to being held accountable for their actions. I love it.

Love the fact I can read all this on the go from the con I'm at this just too funny no doubt mr dahlin has a much different story. Also that kamehacon is complete bullshit I have 4 people that went there who can verify.

Which con you at? There's a few this weekend.

It's a small London one called LAGC London Anime & Games Con. got through the pride parade. Though I would love to go to Tennocon in Canada instead but save that for next year lol

LMAO the didn't even talk to this guy before mentioning him in a legal document, perhaps the prudent thing to do would've been to talk to this man to make sure what he's going to say backs up what you and your client are saying.

There's that common advice to new lawyers, "never ask a question you don't already know the answer to". I think "never rely on stories you haven't already investigated" is a pretty standard corollary.

These aren't normal lawyers though. They're SUPER LAWYERS. Don't need no common advice if you got them qualifications. Popehat told me so.

Whether you're a contractor or employee is generally a complex, multi factor analysis, and has to do with in what context the issue is being contested, because slithery people claim slithery self-serving things and just whether or not you have a contract or not is not determinative.

On the good side it's the kind of complex, factual issue that requires a trier of fact, that is, a judge or jury, to decide after an actual trial rather than just be disposed of via summary judgment.
Nick was being the usual blueballing cock tease and mentioned that their might be a Funimation contract out there and the language involved would be interesting. So it sounds like Funimation contracts might have some specific language or details that push the VA's closer to the employee side of the equation.
