Well one thing that surgeons who operate on breast cancer patients don't have do deal with is binding. It's common for FtMs to bind for years before they actually get surgery and it makes the skin on the chest very loose with poor elasticity.

Even if the surgeon were to place the reconstructed nipple in the correct location (and sometimes binding limits the available locations because it damages the underlying tissue, and vascularization is already poor in that area -- wouldn't want the nipple to just rot off, so you have to place it on an undamaged area), there's no real way to predict how wound healing will go.

So it's pretty easy to wind up with a wandering nipple. You can actually see this every once in a while in breast lift results, too.

You all missed the fun today. The wackadoodles at /r/traaa (whatever the right number of aaaas is) discovered /r/LGBDropTheT yesterday and were apparently shocked to learn there’s a growing number of gays and bisexuals who are thoroughly sick of troon nonsense.

They decided to go on a full-blown brigade and roped in multiple other subreddits, including /r/LGBT (the one with Mr. Zinna Jones as head mod) and /r/ainbow, both of which have been basically been fully colonized by trans/queers for the last few years.

/r/LGBDropTheT had to lock down the sub from new posts due to the huge influx of what were primarily anime memes and death/rape threats. I’m on mobile and can’t get screenshots, but I'm sure there’s still scraps for those who have time. When the brigading started:

More than 20 hours later, things have only started to calm down after the admins got involved and /r/traaaaaaaaans is trying to avoid getting itself banned.

It looks like LGBDTT just reopened to new posts, so there might be a new wave of amusement and bullshit.

The wristwatch draws attention to her feminine hands too. Same way MTFs use bracelets and necklaces to make their giant man limbs look smaller, FTMs should avoid them if they want to pass.

I bet the reason FTMs have this problem is because they already wore men's clothes before transitioning. Butch lesbians absolutely do get mistaken for men--but they are not perceived as men 100% of the time and they're generally not trying to, so choices in watches or glasses are irrelevant. FTMs don't realize if they want to truly pass as cis male they have to do more than keeping their same wardrobe and going on T.

Attempts to "reject" the characteristics of your own sex will just push you towards the other pole. The parts of our brains that control this impulse are millions of years old, and there's nothing at all you can do to change it.

Humans are usually attracted to people of the opposite sex slightly but not very different from themselves. There is a strong preference for not being attracted to members of your own family, i.e. Westermarck effect. This counteracts the fact that otherwise you would be very, very attracted to the very same people, which is why for instance, fraternal twins who never knew each other as children do actually suffer extreme attraction to each other.

There's probably some reason that some people are gay, and they shouldn't be blamed for that.

Yep, I hate the fucking argument that we're attracted to masculinity or femininity due to the patriarchy. The fact of the matter is, bisexual people don't usually like both masculinity and femininity, at least not the same extent. Of course some people really do like both, but most people that consider themselves bisexual just like either femininity or masculinity, and thus only like feminine boys, or masculine girls, depending on the case.

And the fun part about this is, SJW have to respect those people considering themselves bisexual, even when they are not really bisexual, so that really fucks up the label and creates situation where people think you're not attracted to actual masculinity or actual femininity.

And before someone replies with "are traps gay?" arguments about bisexuality, if you, a girl, only like masculine girls, and would like her more if she had a dick, you're not bisexual nor a lesbian, you like masculinity and thus, are heterosexual. Same goes for the other way around, if you only like feminine boys and would like them more if they had a pussy, you're not really bisexual.

This is like being 20 and liking a girl that's 15. People will call you a pedo, as they should, but if you don't like her for being 15, and if she doesn't look nor act 15, and you would like her more if she was 20, then you're not a pedo.

One of my favorite past-times like a year ago was giving absolutely abhorrent advice to these guys. I know almost nothing about makeup but I would use my limited knowledge of the art to persuade them to use a more yellowed foundation, contour areas that would highlight that boxy jawline, etc. For some reason, the ones on HRT like to wear high belts to accentuate their soytits. I'll never understand that look.
