As of the latest episode of Super Mario Maker 2, Ross has now come back onto to help Arin beat his levels (despite them being far, FAR easier than his SMM1 levels by a long shot)...but he's also revealed that one of the latest reasons for him not being on Grumps, and presumably halting progress on Gameoverse, is that he had to go to therapy after everything that's happened to him in this past year. From being unknowingly cucked by ProJared, to losing his current home and having to sell his things because of Holly's divorce, to completely losing any and all motivation to work on...anything, aside from streaming.

(As one comment pointed out, you can tell how long he's been gone from the office due to him having his Australian accent back that he had circa 2013.)

Aside from that, the episode was...actually pretty alright. The edits were reminiscent of Barry's, Ross, Arin, and Dan coming back and talking to each other is a breath of fresh air, and Arin's constant rage was kept in check due to Ross acting as Arin's tard wrangler most likely. Who would've guessed that when they actually put effort into their product again, the quality of the episodes suddenly starts to go up?

Skipping around in the compilation the clips are a mix of valley girl mockery, and clips which would be better described as "flamboyant man mocking." The Kirby clip in the first two minutes was truly horrifying.

I don't see it as philosophical at all, I just see it as selling shit you don't want or need. Is this really any different if he just put it up on Ebay? As far as I can tell Monty didn't sign them or anything so I don't see the big deal.

I can overlook selling donated items (whether video games or figures that most folks would consider to be sentimental items; it's the risk you take when you donate items - there's no guarantee the person you give the items to will actually keep them); what I can't get over is that anyone can believe the Grumps when they claim that they didn't expect the numbers that showed up (despite spamming their social medias a good week before the sale took place, as well as receiving 800 RSVPs; the latter being something they supposedly acknowledged on their stream days prior to the events) and that it took them how many hours before they started handing out sun screen and water to the mass of people who spent hours waiting in line to get into the building. (CA summers can be brutal - why would they wait that long to give some form of relief to the masses?)

The fact that something like that happened, and fans *still* try to defend the Grumps is both depressing and horrifying that such blind worship actually exists.
