Wish this guy would hurry up and AN HERO. Or his CPAP catches on fire and he burns to death in his sleep. I think I prefer that better. Can CPAP's do that?

What I am curious about is why Marc Randazza stopped posting there.
The attorney fees have to be "reasonable" thou, I can't help but notice that they don't mention that. You can't just run up the bill with a bunch of unnecessary BS they way Casey has been. So if by some miracle all the defendants win their TCPA (LOL, NO) I highly doubt a judge would think MoRon having three law firms employed would be considered to be reasonable attorneys fees. Which they are doing BECAUSE VIC IS TOTALLY GOING TO PAYING FOR EVERYTHING!
No, he's a psychopath. Just not one of the serial killer types of psychopaths. Is it just me, or does Low-T Gregory Douce seem to be a narcissistic sociopath?

He's definitely a narcissist.
He's just a really dumb fat guy. Because he's dumb. And fat.
For legal reasons it is my opinion that he is a narcissist, and probably a sociopath. He's very very self important. He's definitely a narcissist.

Whether it's defamation or not doesn't matter. What does matter is that Ron used this information to break Vic's contract with, at the very least, Kamehacon. Whether the statements are true or false do not matter in Texas to determine TI with an existing contract.View attachment 831201

I'm quite sure that you can have tortious interference without defamation (hence the name tortious interference with a contract), but then again what would I know. I 'm not a super lawyer or anything. I'm pretty sure Shane had a better grasp of it when he was reading from a wiki article or getting fed lines from a Discord server on Nick's show. To quote Nick, "How embarrassing!"
