The attorney fees have to be "reasonable" thou, I can't help but notice that they don't mention that. You can't just run up the bill with a bunch of unnecessary BS they way Casey has been. So if by some miracle all the defendants win their TCPA (LOL, NO) I highly doubt a judge would think MoRon having three law firms employed would be considered to be reasonable attorneys fees. Which they are doing BECAUSE VIC IS TOTALLY GOING TO PAYING FOR EVERYTHING!

What I am curious about is why Marc Randazza stopped posting there.

Randazza is an actual lawyer who does actual law. Maybe he just no longer had time for dealing with autists being autistic about autism.

This is one reason when you see "bill-padding" activities in a lolsuit, you see utterly nonsensical activities like we've seen in this case. They hope to win the TCPA and then claim zillions and zillions of billable hours and they already know much of the bullshit they're doing is completely worthless, padded, nonsensical bullshit. So they hope they bill for all these bullshit activities and maybe get half of it.

It's unethical, it's shitty, and yes, it's the kind of shit that shit-tier lawyers get away with routinely. If you have any respect for yourself, your profession, or humanity, you don't do this, but look at these fucking people. They're garbage.

He's definitely a narcissist.
For legal reasons it is my opinion that he is a narcissist, and probably a sociopath. He's very very self important.
But jesus christ the flakes of law twitter that orbit this guy, I know absolutely fuck all about law but somehow these people passed the bar with hot takes like "state law does not apply to the state".

I'm quite sure that you can have tortious interference without defamation (hence the name tortious interference with a contract), but then again what would I know. I 'm not a super lawyer or anything. I'm pretty sure Shane had a better grasp of it when he was reading from a wiki article or getting fed lines from a Discord server on Nick's show. To quote Nick, "How embarrassing!"

This is curious...

(also, there's a "threadnaught" thing? Whatever that is...)
Whether it's defamation or not doesn't matter. What does matter is that Ron used this information to break Vic's contract with, at the very least, Kamehacon. Whether the statements are true or false do not matter in Texas to determine TI with an existing contract.

He has no fucking clue what he's talking about. A threat of breaching one's own contract unless the contract of another is breached also constitutes TI. The statement is "true" and not "defamatory" but it is still actionable. He's just blowing bullshit out his ass with no idea what he's talking about, like an incompetent idiot.

This stupid, fat, lazy idiot could have saved himself some embarrassment by taking ten measly seconds to actually look up the definition of the cause of action, but he'd rather just make a total fool of himself talking absolute nonsense.
