I heard that Ty beard and Vic are attempting to quash a subpoena for Nick, though one hasn't been filed yet. Quashing sounds like a very difficult thing to do from what I've been reading.

It usually is but the other guy usually isn't trying to issue an out of state subpoena to a nonparty while discovery is stayed in the case, they have no reason for it, and it's demanding clearly privileged information.
