Notice what he said though. "My lawyer told me to gather evidence of harassment." Meaning he isn't bothering with the confidentiality. So, why would it be a problem for Nick to literally post that it's your affidavit, when you aren't even bothering to contest having it confidential?

He's a licensed lawyer in a different state, just not Texas. He's attempting to get admitted in a manner that doesn't really require him to know TX law, but will let him say he's a "Texas lawyer" and therefore knows better than, say, Rackets. Or at least I assume that's his game.

JFC he put a screen shot of his mentions into his GFM, this sad lowly cuckroach spent weeks reeeeeing about grifters and now wants to grift 1k out of people just for the honour of having him apply for the Texas bar.


I guess he had to come up with a new campaign after people started sniffing around his CPAP machine campaign, I wonder how long he'll keep this going after it meets it's goal.
