Do you eat animal guts?

Do any of you eat offal, chittlins, etc?

I've never actually eaten entrails (I think I had liver once and wasn't impressed), but have always been interested in it. Might try to make lamb's fry/lamb's heart some time.



Edit: Okay, you r etards apparently need some instruction.

Sausage doesn't count, because EVERYBODY eats sausage, and sausage is not presented as being intestines even if it contains it.

Tripe, headcheese, liver, and other such products do count.

Offal must have different connotations where you live, because in America that sort of thing (called chittlins) is associated with poor Blacks who were given literal scraps from the plantation houses.

Just because niggers eat it, does not mean it is food. They also eat cornstarch and flaming hot cheetos.
 
I had to change my vote to a resounding Yes because I didn't assume liver, tripe, and headcheese were included.

I don't remember how it tasted tbh. I only ever had it once at a livestock fair when I was young. I did like it though.
 
I really want to try beef heart. I'm trying to acquire a taste for liver because I want all those health benefits. Anyone got a good liver recipe? One time when I was a kid I almost got to try chitterlings at a family friend's house. But my mom freaked out and told me what it was and I immediately changed my mind. I regret it now.
 
It's probably more useful to use the guts and entrails as a material. Like how they used to make guitar strings out of cat entrails, or made bags out of pig's stomach that kinda shit.

I ain't about to eat no nasty ass shit like that myself.
 
Chicken liver is fucking dope with onions. Or ground up into a pâté on a dark bread open faced sammich.
 
There's really only a few animal parts I'm leery on- eyes are too freaky, and I've heard brain is super greasy. But I'd be willing to try just about anything.

I've eaten braunschweiger so that counts for liver, though I'd like to have proper liver at some point.
I had tripe in menudo but that restaurant sucked and so I think the tripe being weird was more because these people didn't know how to make it. (Protip: if you ever walk into a Mexican restaurant and everyone is white, turn the fuck around.)
I've also had tongue a few times if that counts. (Since it's not really an organ) A little spongey but the flavor is like roast beef.
