Not romantic or sexual at all, this is what Vic said

View attachment 833976

He's talking about giving platonic pecks to fans that are crying or nervous meeting the voice of Edward Elric or whatever. Kickvic twisting this to be perverted says more about them than him.

This is what really hit me in the heart. I'm all for mocking weebs relentlessly, but when it comes down to RL, I know a bunch personally. I know a lot of them have real social anxiety problems, especially teenagers who get caught up in any kind of niche fandom. Some stay in their protective fantasy bubble until they're stunted (and it's those adults who refused to grow that normally deserve mocking). But a lot grow out of it, usually with a bunch of awkwardness, and hopefully with some encouraging people to help them along.

So when you get a teenage girl who's had a rough time, and her fandom is her safe bubble, but now it's crossing into RL and she's emotional because all teenagers get emotional and don't know how to deal with it, but now she's going through some weird anxiety crisis in public in front of a hundred people... then thank God that someone had the human fucking compassion to try and help them through it, in whatever small way he could, instead of just hitting cruise control on his celebrity and $10 autographs.

Teenagers make the internet a terrible place, and anime was a mistake, and KF is here to prove it all with archives. But for God's sake have some fucking pity on kids and help them out. Don't crush them with cynicism and cold politics. Be understanding, excuse their awkwardness, and nudge them along the path to maturity.

You know the fastest way to get femcels and danger hairs and cat ladies? A shy girl steps out of her shell to ask for a hug from her idol-of-the-moment... and he rejects her, gives her a corporate headshot and handshake.

These outrage mobs, the cancel culture and KV people, are literally trying to stamp out goodness. Not good people, not good companies, not even good ideals; they are against compassion, and pity, and goodness itself. The only emotions they celebrate are guilt and gloating. No logic, no reason, no basic human decency. Everything must burn in the service of guilt, and the fire lights their gleeful faces as they watch the destruction.

Fuck them all.

Man, I feel so sorry for Vic. This entire experience must have really made him feel alone in the world. All these people he consider friends treating him like utter shit for woke points.
In Vic's defense, I don't think any person expects their friends of ~20 years to stick knives in your back.
I must say, Vic is VERY lucky that his fans did not turn their backs on him.

Yeah, I was scratching my chin pretty hard there. Everyone also pointed out how it went exactly as Nick said it would and that they are using the depo to gather more "ammo" to further defame him.
Isn't that..isn't that pretty illegal to do? Especially since the defamation things was one of the reasons they are getting sued for?
"How dare Vic sue us for defaming him? We aren't defaming him. Let's prove everyone right by defaming him some more."
Nah, pleadings can't be defamatory. You'd never be able to try defamation in court if they could be.
Also, "vicks mayonnaise"? I'm pretty sure people prefer "Vic Lasagna".
They can't meme. But what else would you expect from Whorin' Zucchini?

What's hilarious to me is that Ron's defense is either:

A) Claim he's a complete reeeee. tard who has a memory worse than a circus seal.
B) Likely purger himself by claiming to not remember making those tweets, when he very likely does.

Ron is, according to himself, under oath, either a reeee. tard or a liar.

Ron is sooo fucked. Funi may get clean of this. Monica may somehow get some pity from a Jury. RonRon is FUCKED! TCPA!?! They have him committing actual fucking racketeering to get conventions to drop Vic. That's not exactly something allowed as First Amendment Public Participation.

I mean, I wish she was stupid enough to take a picture or something showing she had the pass, but guess we will never knowView attachment 834045

Does anybody else remember when Cosplayers didn't look like strung out drag queens from the East Village?

They are trying to criminalize human contact. We aren't supposed to be allowed to touch anymore. It's obscene!

My heart.
This is actually heartbreaking. You clearly see how pained he is when he answers the questions about people he thought were his friends. Even if he wins this, he's damaged now and he'll never be able to properly form bonds with people without fear of them potentially stabbing him in the back later like all these people did.
Is this why there was talk of suicide going around? At least Vic has new friends in Nick and Ty. And I don’t even think he’s aware of the kiwis in his corner.

I see that Bulma bunny girl cosplay a lot? Is that a reference to a specific Dragon Ball moment?

From what I remember of Nick's stream talking about it, they went one-by-one with Ron's tweets until some point where they said "screw it this is taking too long if all you're gonna say is you don't remember" and started grouping them in tens so it should be around 40-50 instances of Ron saying "I don't recall"
So, it’s the OJ trial when Furhman pled the fifth.

All of these hot takes over Vic's deposition are just so tiresome, we've already been told every single answer that Vic gave. Nick set up the GFM before telling Vic, and had to convince him to go along with it, and it was even hinted he wasn't fully aboard because he'd rather the money get donated if it's not used. Vic kisses teenage girls on the cheek, and all the other VA's do it as well. Vic broke up with his ex-fiance. Vic sleeps around with people before they hit their expiration date, and it's all consensual. There is nothing that would win over a Christian Texas jury in here, especially when Monica is one of the major defendants. All of this has been known, all of this has been repeated ad nauseam, it's literally like this entire ordeal just started over again. When Nick said Vic's deposition went well, whoever told him was 100% right because there's absolutely nothing that can be used against him.
You, and a lot of other people here, are missing what this was all about and who they are trying to convince. This isn't about winning the case with a jury it's about winning a SLAPP motion with Judge Boomer.

They are coming from the position that this is entirely frivolous as Vic's name has been dragged through the mud for years and only now has his behavior caught up to him he wants to dodge responsibility. Nick, smelling fame and fortune, ginned up the lawsuit and convinced Vic so that he can have content for his show and used the GFM to rope in BHBH to do the legwork.

Now, this is totally doesn't fly for those of us who followed this thing from the beginning and see that they got nothing. But Chupp who likely still has a landline at his house and has possibly little to no idea what Youtube, Twitter, GFM, and anime conventions are? Maybe.

They are betting all their chips on getting this tossed before anyone does any real deep digging with discovery because when that happens and all their communications to each other and to cons and employers are revealed they are boned.

Its actually one of the many subtexts to this narrative. Positive masculine affection. Vic has gotten a shit ton of heat because of his reenactment of the Ouran Host Club scenes with the fan girls. I never could get through that one, it was part of an omnibus pirate DVD I bought at the marketplace, but looking back on it now...it was actually an interesting exploration in how females can approach men. Hell the main character is a girl who cross dresses as a boy, if the theme needed to be more obvious. Most modern culture is all about men getting the girls, or else girls slutting it up with the men. Ouran was about Girls flirting with men but never going over the line. Not surprising it became super popular with awkward teenage girls growing up in an era where men are animals to be feared. Its pretty sad that even that is now getting twisted into some sort of rape analogy.

So they’re riding on their judge not knowing how the Internet works? Wow, an actual strategy.

So this Vic's side of the Michelle story

So they’re riding on their judge not knowing how the Internet works? Wow, an actual strategy.
Yes. That's why the deposition harped on the GFM and the communications with Nick and why the twitter lawyers shit their pants at the cigar smoking pictures at Anime Matsuri. They don't care about the details of the case. None of that matters if they can convince one man that Nick, Vic, and Ty set all this up as a way to enrich themselves.

Honestly, I thought that my heart froze over from the past decade or so, but this thread shows that I still have warmth of emotion in my heart (goddamn, I'm gonna cry). This entire saga of a thread feels like Journey to the West (a rather apt novel to compare to).

This is how TMZ was born, KiwiFarms is the next TMZ.

If I disagreed with my RT buddies screwing over vic, I'd "accidentally" send him evidence they're screwing him over too.

Man, I would start actually considering going to conventions if they'd start banning exhibitionist whores. Fuck cosplay, fuck thots, and fuck their enablers.
