Great writeup. Can attest to the 4chan rumours. Around 2012-13 I recall reading a few posts that Vic was a talented asshole, nothing about being a predator though. Regrettably, (and because I was too lazy to do my research) these seemed believable so I always thought Vic was one until these events unfolded. It's completely reversed my opinion of him. Fujoshits are truly scum.

Random things: Vic's depo is 290 pages worth of transcripts (counting all the legalese and stuff). Started at 10:05 AM and ended at 5:39 PM. Nearly eight hours.

EDIT: They're trying to get Vic to admit/imply that he's a public figure. He was having none of it. Also, Lemwaaaaah tripped up in line 18. I'm guessing more than 100 people met Vic or got an autograph from him... but he specifically asked pictures.

With a lot of missing pages.

I was doing a cursory read over the first bit of depo before the blanks started showing up. Lemoine is trying to assert Vic as maliciously targeting women to silence them for sexual harassment.

His line of questioning would get him thrown out of a court so fast he'd time travel; that and the fact that he's specifically highlighted portions of the deposition to showcase in a bad light, really shows the bad-faith of his line of questioning.

He is intentionally badgering to get snippets for the explicit purpose of being used as out-of-context e-fodder. The guy is greasier than a White Castle burger.

No deeper context, but the picture does seem really fitting with that bit of deposition that @AnCapFool just posted about RoosterTeeth's refusal to even explain to Vic why he was fired. What a bunch of cucks.

Is there any way to get our hands on these transcripts? It's pretty clear the twitter lolyers are literally banking on making Vic a public figure.

If that transcript was vic and the person deposing him, that "oh, your very kind" line just makes it better. That lawyer was trying to be a intimidating mean man from what we hear, and vic saying that might have made him feel very pissed off. Sort of like telling someone that is angry that they are adorable when they are angry.
