Goinglikeelsie has made her Twitter account private. Hope there’s someone following her who can keep posting the screenshots? I don’t have an account, was just accessing publicly.

I imagine she’s been threatened a significant amount. I hope she’s able to keep doing what she’s doing.
Is this what the "WIN!" is about?

I find it particularly horrifying that the potato is adopting streets... given that they can't take care of themselves, how are they taking care of the streets!? Also, WHO PAID FOR THEM.
I feel like the city may like to know they've let a pedo have their name plastered on city property.

And, liar liar rainbow pants on fire.

That first pic looks like shit. Not just the pic but the sign as well. Why don't they just throw some duct tape on the bottom and the name with a sharpie? Is Vancouver Public relations a second company? I wonder how they feel having Jonathan on top of them?

I find it amusing that Jonny is still trying to pretend that he runs a consulting business.

He should post the pics of him in his rainbow leggings, that’ll surely increase his customer base.

Is this what the "WIN!" is about?

Probably 😫

“I wonder how they feel having Jonathan on top of them?”
🤮

This isn't what the signs normally look like, they are usually one piece in any other city I've seen them in. Maybe JY just added it themselves. :lit:

What was this consulting business? Has JY ever had a proper job?

He would post positive reviews of companies and negative reviews of competitors on social media sites for money, pretending to be an influencer with loads of fake followers.

Before he pulled the waxing stunt and claimed to be trans, he actually did have an odd (in more than one sense of the word) client here and there, although he clearly was never successful by any metric.

Winning in what sense? Is he receiving a cash settlement. The second case notes state he’s looking for $15,000 because he couldn’t bully some religious woman into touching his nasty sack. If he is awarded any amount of money from these working women...
I’m so confused by this. What justification is there for $15,000 costs??? He hasn’t even got a lawyer, he’s representing himself. He’s not suing for damages, and even if he were he’d have a hell of a time proving that amount because he couldn’t force a mentally disabled woman to wax his chode. Does the HRT not require him to submit evidence of costs before approving or granting them?

“I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jessica at the Consumer Electronics Show 2015 on behalf of LifeLogger. Her contagious energy was immediately apparent and was a huge addition to our very small team. Jessica is conscientious, hard-working and truly adept in all things tech. I highly recommend Jessica as a talented resource to collaborate with in the tech/IT space.”

She made her account private to avoid the TRA mass reporting her. Nothing new has been tweeted.

Also just a reminder for all the non-canuck kiwis out there gawking at the pedo-potato in a tiara mess that is Jonny Yaniv: never forget that he is somehow still under a publication ban that everyone in the country is basically subject to. This is a person who should be on the lips of everyone across Canada as persona non grata but thanks to the kangaroo human rights tribunal, he is allowed to remain a pair of initials and no serious journalists (not even local ones) are willing to touch it, except for this brave amateur. The closest you can get are guys like Jon Kay and a couple of others highlighting what's going on via Twitter and/or the odd web-piece, but they're still on the fringe compared to major outlets like the Globe and Mail or Toronto Star. And it goes without saying that no TV or radio news network like the CBC (lol) is talking about it that I can see.

These fuckin' people make it really hard not to just go full Mad On the Internet(tm).

Anybody else getting sick to death of this "just mass-report anything you want to go away" gameplay mechanic? How on earth any company still even bothers with it (or sets it up deliberately) thinking it'll actually be useful and not just abused is beyond me.

I know the "it's too expensive to have enough humans manually reviewing all reported material, waaaaa" excuse, but this is just horseshit. It's plainly obvious she's going out of her way to avoid naming anybody and is reporting on an event in the public interest, yet because Twitter can't be bothered to police their own fucking users they'll cheerfully suspend an account doing nothing wrong just because a handful of potatoes complained.

That pattern's not even hard to detect, either. User A posts something. User B retweets it and reports it. Users C-Z, all following B, also report User A's post from the retweet. When that pattern happens, flag it for review by a human. When said human concludes there's nothing actually wrong, fucking suspend every asshole who dogpiled and the original shithead for starting it. Explain why. Ignore complaints and appeals. Repeat until they learn, or permaban after the third offense or something.

That or just silently drop reports on the floor when an account has reported more than N posts by X user within a given window. Nobody likes a busybody.

Yaniv runs with a fresh crowd:

Deal Breaker Dating no longer exists. Heather Chase Patterson may be a props buyer for TV movies and/or a bit player who last performed in 2001.

Global Trend Productions rents AV gear. Melissa Skipworth worked for them for less than two years and left in March 2017.

LifeLogger was a stock scam investigated by the FBI. Shyla Hecktus is a Toronto "communications graduate" who worked only the Consumer Electronics Show floor for the company in 2015.

Deal Breaker Dating - Started Twitter account in April 2013, ceased tweeting in September 2014. The https://www.dealbreakerdating.com/ site is a blank, black page with "Coming Soon" in its header. Heather Chase Patterson's LinkedIn is unusually unlinked. IMDB for an assistant set decorator-prop buyer indicates that the names "Chase Patterson" and "Heather Patterson" are used interchangeably. IMDB for an actress named Heather Chase Patterson shows only two performances, the most recent in 2001.

Global Trend Productions - There's a company by that name in California that rents AV equipment for large-scale installations. Melissa Skipworth worked for them from August 2015 to March 2017 as an LED video and lighting consultant, according to her LinkedIn.

LifeLogger.com - The company's website account has been suspended. It was a software development company founded in Florida in 2012 to sell a "a cloud and wearable camera solution to managing your video memories." InvestorsHub declared it "pure garbage." In 2014, SeekingAlpha.com published an article showing LifeLogger to be a "fishy" operation with one employee - the CEO - who was paying himself more for "consulting services" than the company was making. In 2015, it gave an even worse appraisal of the company:
  • "LOGG is majority owned by offshore entities and has used service providers with disturbing backgrounds involving shareholder losses, FBI investigations, and attempts to obfuscate personal identity in prior stock promotions.
  • "LOGG CEO Stewart Garner has ties to numerous stock disasters, including having served as the President of Playstar, a convicted “pump-and-dump” that was nailed by the SEC."
Shyla Hecktus is from Toronto and puts herself forward as a "communications graduate" from an "entrepreneurial family." She doesn't look to have much if any connection with LifeLogger other than having worked the CES 2015 floor that year for it. Whatever she's doing now, she's not relying on her social media to promote herself. They're all anemic and ancient: bio, Twitter, FourSquare, and an empty LinkedIn for her.

My ultimate "if I win the lottery" fantasy is to have enough money to cover this kind of story without giving any fucks whether it gets "clicks" or "engagement" or whether the legal department says to exercise caution. US free speech laws would cover an American watching this kangaroo court and reporting fully on it when back safely in the land of the free.

Journalism's supposed to comfort the afflicted and afflct the comfortable. Jonathan's smug, pampered, soft face, sneering at others while his ass rests on the padded scooter seat, is the definition of comfortable, and his disabled, impoverished immigrant victims are the kind of afflicted people journos should give a fuck about. What a garbage profession. It was never great, but it's abandoned all pretense of working in the public interest.
