He probably thinks you are inexperienced in this area and hopes you are ignorant to the law. Of course he does not realized you have dealt with much much worse than this.
Well no, lets be fair. I see a lot of misinformation.

People seem to think that copyright doesn't exist until it's filed for registration, like a patent or trademark. There's a reason why the US Copyright Office (USCO), a department of the Library of Congress that handles registration, is different from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), a part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, which applies rigorous evaluation of applicants. This also has to do with how much protection each is given. Trademarks and Patents are hard to get and offer more protection, while Copyrights are implicit and offer much less protection. Patents especially are so strong that when leaked patent details get published on Wikipedia, they have to ban everyone involved and issue page locks that can't be overturned by anything other than Wikimedia Corporate.

This guy is a genuine legal professional who is a partner at an IP law firm, and breathtakingly Jewish.

Is it a scare tactic? Chicken? Probably. I don't doubt he will register his copyrights, as he is entitled to do, and submit a DMCA, as he is entitled to do when he in good faith suspects infringement. Well emspex is not going to pick up that check and dox herself to fight a legal battle over some pictures. Will I delete them? We'll see.

This thread is so Jewish, not only can I hear Hava Nagila playing in the background, eating a bacon cheeseburger while on this thread will get you banned for consuming a non-Kosher product!

This honestly screams "Ego trip that will lead to nothing." Copyright, as I understand it, is mostly designed to protect business interests, but I am no lawyer though according to attached, the social media jurisprudence is likely to go with "He originally intended it to be seen by the Public so he pretty much forfeited the right to control its redistribution. "

I'm getting some serious Red Oni Blue Oni vibes from Cuck Lightyear and Krazy Kike. Gonna guess Shannon though an obviously biased and cuckoo lawyer and a moderately less insane (till his Jew rage took over) one would be better to manipulate info.

Akiva is an actual IP attorney which makes me wonder why he's saying retarded shit.

He's probably retarded himself. If this whole situation and the lolsuit have taught me anything it's that lawyers aren't necessarily intelligent individuals. To put a turn on an old joke, do you know what they call the worst person to pass the bar exam?

There are probably plenty of lawyers who are good at cramming and regurgitating enough to pass a bar exam but who are unable to really apply what they've learned in a useful way. I wouldn't be surprised if Akiva falls into this category simply based on his actions as well as everything else we know about him.

Yes. IP lawyers do this all the time. It's the first step to try and extort a settlement out of someone they see as a smaller/weaker target.

IP lawyers are, for the most part, absolute trash from the gutter of the lowest, most unethical group of extortionists in all of law. Even credit card company lawyers shaking down people in Section 8 housing are better.

As someone who has had to deal with IP lawyers in the past, I have to say that I respect debt collectors more.

Also, my past experiences have led me to just reply to IP lawyer threats with pictures of my butthole. I'm 99% effective at avoiding court that way.

Considering this is Null we are talking about, please excuse me while I try to recover my sides before they leave the universe.

He's told entire countries to fuck off before, he'd likely send Cohen a personally handwritten "Fuck you" in pig's blood before he'd cuck to anyone.

Good plan. @Null send Cohen a picture of LordKat’s tunnel of luvin’

Seems like the whole lot of them interacting with you on twitter are IP attorneys. Big bad lawyer man gonna walk 8000 miles through the snow, both ways, to serve you.
