Lemoine is a business attorney. He’s back at work full-time now. During voir dire, he asks potential jurors if they’ve ever known anyone who had West Nile virus, and then tells them they’re looking at someone who survived one of the worst cases of it.

You know, I think Casey Erick is kind of just done with Toye. I mean they practiced this and THAT's what Toye got out of it. I'm sure Casey said to be careful of certain things but had no idea Ty would jump straight into a hypothetical which absolutely broke Toye (probably was prepared to ask questions about the texts to Kameha Con). I imagine Casey has been going through a whole two or so months of what Ty was and then he was going to have to deal with it again. And probably a third deposition. I think Casey just confirmed all those Tweets simply because he really is sick of dealing with Toye being a very horrible listener. Yeah, let's put it that way.

Because it's not a flex. It's just sad that that's all he's got.
I want him to say that to someone and then they tell him they survived cancer.

EDIT: He sounds exactly like one of those douches that blow their minor medical problems out of proportion to make it seem like he fucking lived through having super AIDS in his ass so he can tell everyone about it to earn pity points.
