At the end of Nick's Toye deposition part 2 stream somebody superchats that Ron has deleted all tweets on the 19th and 20th of February. According to social blade Ron made 44 tweets on the 19th and 94 on the 20th.

Now here is what a search of his account shows incorporating those dates. There are some tweets there, but not 138 tweets.

I think he also answered in the deposition that he hasn't deleted any tweets regarding Vic or the surrounding situation. (that was a long stream and if people want to help look I'd appreciate it). EDIT: Also start checking archives.

Haven’t heard from Casey Erick in a while, just sayin.

At least he has the sense to stop actively defaming Vic, although it’s telling that they’re defense has downgraded from “the truth will come out :):):):):)” to “people are being really mean”.
 
where do i go t get the full deposition of ronald toye deposition. for some reason when i catch nick's streams in the morning several hours are getting cut

They are not available, you have to watch the streams for now. Youtube needs time to render long streams so hours are often cut while its doing it, if you go back in a few hours it'll be resolved.

It's also in the Nolan Brothers Produced/written show Person of Interest, in which Harold basically invents social media for the government.

"Why bother wasting resources and taxpayers money spying on people when you can just give the tools for people to overshare?" is basically his point on it.

I sincerely hope he deleted a bunch of shit. Getting rid of evidence is the easiest way Vic wins this case and bankrupts this colossal faggot.

He has deleted his tweets from 18th to 20th of Febuary.

It's a problem with youtube on any stream that is over 4 hours long. It usually fixes itself within a couple of hours.

That'd end pretty badly for him in court because by partially complying he is either affirming the validity of his unremoved tweets, or if he relies on the defence that they're jokes or based off incomplete information he has to explain why he didn't remove them but he did remove other tweets. It's never a good idea to partially comply for this reason it hurts your ability to defend your actions.

As an FYI, anyone else looking to do a shoop, in photoshop Arial font with the font style "black" in 12pt with "smooth" anti-aliasing is pretty darn close to the original text style.

I've also attached the original just in case anyone else wanted to exploit it.

Remember when this whole thing broke out 6 months ago? Toye was a non-stop tweeting machine that insulted, harassed and basically put ANYONE who didn't agree with his assessment that "Vic is a monster" on his shit list. The guy frequently took shots at Vic and even went so far as to say that if he ever got into a lawsuit he would NEVER use gofundme! Yeah, this dude was a certified badass, in fact, he WELCOMED a lawsuit, because then the truth would finally come out! He wasn't pulling any punches!

Then he files a complaint to the Minnesota Bar Association because Nick Rekeita said some mean things about him. Then he does the same to Ty Beard because he took his "We will be in touch" tweet as a sign of harassment.

And during all this, Vic stays silent. Only tweeting about cons or some good things that happen in life.

Toye came across as the ringleader, the hero, the man who would take down the evil villain and be hailed as the hero! And when his deposition finally rolls in what do we see?

A shifty, sniveling weasel of a man who blinks nonstop with a voice that would make even Woody Allen blush. A man so fucking stupid, he couldn't even recognize his own twitter handle despite using it on a daily basis before his lawyer smacked him across the head and told him to stop. And then the jackass brags about it (on twitter) the next day!

In fact, his first time probably went something like this...

Ron: "Yeah um...it never happened. I hired a prostitute. She came in, took my money and laughed at me as she left..."

Excluding criminals, there is no human being on this world that is as unlikable as Ron Toye. At least in my mind.
