Do remember that she's only an associate in this whole thing and has to answer to her boss who must also answer to his clients. I wouldn't put a huge amount of weight on her actually believing or supporting that argument, although I'd be fucking embarrassed if my boss told me to e-mail something that retarded to someone, honestly.

Just watching last night's stream from Nick, the Casey telling Carey to calm down is even worse than it was originally hinted at. Casey getting salty at Carey shitting on his client for being an evasive blob of soy is pure bliss.

Ron's fucked, they might as well go ahead and file that TCPA now so they can move on his summary execution.

I kinda see it in my head now. Perez was walking to the meeting room to meet her new clients. In there she sees them and though "Who are these fat bitches and this cuck?" as she beholds the sight of Monica and Rial with Toye wearing a leash chained to Monica wearing his favorite "Boy Toye" shirt. You think that's how it went? Asking for a friend. That friend is Nicky Racketa. He's kinda weird.

I don't think that they will. I know that the party that files the TCPA can win attorney's fees if their TCPA motion is successful, but I believe someone else said that they can also be sanctioned for filing it if it's completely baseless and be forced to pay fees for the plaintiff under the same logic that it's designed to stop idiotic shit from wasting court time.

Let's not start underestimating these people's stupidity because so far all that's done is result in our constant surprise with just how stupid these people actually are.

It seems more like Ty would need to sue him considering i've just been seeing him attack Ty's reputation atm.
To bad an ethics complaint couldn't be filed for attacking another lawyer who's currently dealing with a case they don't agree with (meant suspension from practicing for a bit, like 1 week or something).

Nick would point out that it doesn't really matter where you go to law school. The one that he went to (Mitchell Hamline) is the same bracket as far as rankings go. I wouldn't be surprised if someone on the team at BHBH went to some podunk school with an even worse rating. Maybe you could argue that Andrea was the smartest since tuition is $10k less at her school.
