Congratulations, the ultimate win tactic failed. Like these three lawyers were oh so confident the TCPA would absolutely obliterate the case and end it right then and there. They were so confident and so hell bent it was ending the case to the point even trying to worm out of it would be a bad move. "Oh they will still win by doing." Wrong! All three of you were highly confident this case was in the bag. You said combined well over 100 times that this case would be dismissed by the TCPA. You all said it and were the ultimate rallying cry for KickVic. And guess what? You didn't deliver. I mean we're not out of the woods yet as Funimation might win their motion. Yeah, that's going to be a hard bite to these people when I bet Casey will demand for some of his pay. Maybe he waited until the TCPA but why in the world afterwards would you not demand some of your pay. Not like even if you won they'd pay you anyways.

I am still betting Ron and/or Monica will end up filing a ethics complaint at Casey when this is over(or when he can legally drop them) because of the authenticating the tweets after rons deposition. Will claimed that was reckless and made his case weaker.

Notice, as he goes through the list of voice actors, the offers information about one single person: Jamie McGonnigal. Ron says Jamie is from DC.
Curious how Ron knew about this person and none of the others. Picture included as a reminder.
Hypothesis:
- Toye discovered he is a homosexual later in life, hence the end of his previous marriage.
- Toye is attracted to men he perceives as powerful and responds to rejection with vindictiveness and spite.
- Toye's resentment of Vic is based on refusal to sign gay porn along with unrequited love.
- Collaborating with McGonnigal, former NOI member who is skilled in online political organizing. Together, the two masterminded the VA purgation campaign.

He said that he wasn't hacked as far as he knew and that nobody else used his account as far as he knew. He could still claim he found out he was hacked AFTER the deposition, which could be true in theory. How likely people are to believe that is up for debate, but I don't think the odds are in his favor.

I know you're joking, but he was still being a dickwit.
It's unfortunate, since I've enjoyed his work in the past, but he's become so damn bitter about his voice gigs drying up lately (gee, wonder why), he's gone full-tilt on the SJW nonsense and has become completely insufferable.
