Rhys discovered the video. You can guess his reaction.

I think an athlete who has trained arduously for months or years, and then lost out to a blatantly cheating weekend warrior, and then -- on top of that -- finds that the world approves of cheating and that is no redress of the injustice, can legitimately describe her experience as "my life being turned upside down".
Rhys attacks Stéphane Bermon, director of Science and Health of IAAF.

Medium article, which is basically the
Sciences et Avenir interview translated to English, capped with a slanted commentary by the author.
Let's see how Rhys takes Beaumont down.

"Testosterone levels have no bearing on sports performance! I swear! But DON'T YOU tell me to lower my T-level!!!"

Rhys is too dumb to properly do screen capture. I'm not even sure if Bermon was taking a swipe at Kristina Karkazis by calling her "Testosterone expert". While she is a cultural anthropologist, she did write
articles on Testosterone -- on a feminist journal no less!
As for why Bermon singles out African, I think the answer is obvious: all three winners of 800m women race in Rio '16 were 46XY
men from ooga-booga countries.

Another sign that Rhys hasn't read his printed-out and spiral-bound verdict. The IAAF propose that athletes are to be recognized by their "sports sex", which is not necessary congruent with their legal sex, much less their imagined (Platonic
?!) sex. The IAAF is only concerned with rules; they don't care about the philosophical reality of "real" womanhood.

Again Bermon has no intention to question anyone's "sexual identity"; they can continue to identify as catgirls or attack helicopters if they want. Also it is very clear in the ruling that T-suppression is completely voluntary; men like Semenya can continue to compete without T-suppression -- they just can't compete in the women class in International events (Section 301 of the
ruling).
Also, sexual binary
is science.

If he were in a elementary school class doing reading comprehension, he'd have got an F. Also there is nothing feminine about Semenya and his ooga-booga cohort: they put even the Eastern Germany women's swimming team to shame.

Gee I wonder why!

I hope he discover that Japan is more Twansphobic than he imagines.
