Store Brand, Bootleg Body Language from P1 of the Deposition of Victory Lasagna -

Vic did very well to suppress a lot of nerves that he had in this, but as the deposition continued it seemed to click that this is really no different than any other interaction he's ever done before.

Body Language: He clasps his own hands together a lot and at times he squeezes them together very very damn hard. This shows a huge amount of stress and anxiety on his part. The whole "holding your own hands thing" is an attempt at mimicking other human contact.

The Maxim-Gun eyeblinks are back again but here's the crucial part: when he's talking with Fuhrer Lemoiney Snickets those stop completely. This indicates that this is more stress/nerves based than trying desperately to come up with fucking anything like Ron was.

Vic's eyes move about relatively naturally, and his eyes go up and to the left when he's thinking hard on trying to recall things, this is a fairly good sign.

His eye contact with Lemoiney is almost an issue and was probably a piss poor attempt to try and manipulate Vic's body language into long stares which Vic has to hold.

They had to boost the mic several times during the depo because Sean was very very raspy and quiet until he lost his cool. Once J Dawg lost his cool Vic doesn't need to hold the gazes for as long as he was obviously angry or rattled by Vic's responses.

Vic winds up annoyed but manages to keep his cool, and instead manages to wrestle control of the deposition during the completely irrelevant GFM line of questioning. Even dropping an "I will read it to you, sir." before taking hold of the GFM page printed out.

The deposition of this portion is genuinely bizarre and you can see how hard Vic wants to eye roll each time Vic answers a question honestly and instead gets an "objection, non responsive." despite it being a clear and actual answer. It's acres away from Toye's clear bullshit too.

One of the most interesting parts is actually when answering about Todd Haberkorn, he seems to roll his eyes back and forth, right-left, right-left before deciding on his answer. He seems to actively wrestle with the emotions that Todd obviously provokes versus the actual memories he has with him.

Once he relaxes a bit in the deposition (but not too much) he gestured fairly widely and honestly, but palms inwards, suggesting still a bit of a wall. Which is kind of obvious as he's under attack or being asked a weird line of questioning.


The part that is highly amusing is when Vic gestured to Sean, palm down and effectively takes over the deposition. Palms down, and people adhering to it, is a great sign of command and dominance and sadly shows how weak Lemoine is. From pretty much that point on, it's Vic that's taken control of the conversation.


....yeah, I can see why our Lord Tyberius was rather giddy.

For God's sake, Vic, go buy yourself some reading glasses! If you had ArmzGurl's arms, you could do without them. But yours are of normal length.

'...when answering about Todd Haberkorn...". I have no idea if they like each other or not. But for me, Vic has repeatedly refrained from saying positive things about 2-3 people, to prevent them from being harassed by a bunch of assholes on twitter.

The way Vic handled that moment was way better than Ron. When Ty asked for a Yes, a No, or an I Don't Know, Ron thought it would be cute to ask if he could answer with "or". Also, Vic's response regarding whether Chris Sabat is trustworthy or not was both funny and sad. Funny because Vic didn't waste time reflecting on past and current interactions with Chris (as displayed with Todd), but sad because it likely means Vic believed at one point that Chris didn't view him negatively like the others.

Kick Vic Twitter has been focusing on the portion where Vic said that he didn't really think kissing an underaged fan if they asked is creepy when the written deposition was released. Now when I first saw that I thought it was really gonna back fire in the face of the Jury. But now I saw the video deposition, I'm like 90% sure Vic gave such a blunt answer because he was getting tired of Lemoine's shit.

This is probably the thing that bothers me the most about this whole hubbah. I don't give a shit about vic as an individual or a voice actor. I kind of give a shit about the ever growing ability to ruin lives with tweets.

The biggest thing though, is that any kind of interaction with younger people by males is somehow predatory by default 100% of the time. Almost every single guy I know aged 20-30 is completely stand-offish about interacting with kids in any way because of the stigma, except for 1 because hes from a different country with a diff culture. I can't even take my cousin to the park without other moms there thinking I'm there for evil purposes and side eyeing me the whole time with shit eating looks.

Its so god damn tiring. It stops guys from going into teaching, wanting to be dads, work for camps, etc, and by consequence we end up with a bunch of feminized little shits running around turning into the Ronda Toyes of the world.
