Oh for sure. there's the occasional post in there by someone genuinely crying out for help and (I know, it's lame) I feel so bad for them because 1. They're going through hell and 2. They won;t get anything amounting to help from there.

I just don't get when it became so wrong for anyone to like things associated with the opposite gender? BFD is a boy like theater and drama and dance or a girl likes sports. Most of the people there are still healing and fighting their mental health issues. There are only a few ressources for detransitioners and the healing process is different for every detransitioner. I doubt they want to gloss over it, it's that there may be nothing else they can say because there is no universal approach to detransitioning (yet). So the only thing they have is optimism.

yeah I find it hard to be sympathetic to people who transitioned as adults and then detransitioned. it's kinda the same way I feel about addicts, like yeah you probably grew up in some shitty circumstances that had an effect on your life choices, but plenty of people grew up like that and don't do heroin. same with trooning out.

I've known plenty of drug addicts/alcoholics, my friend is currently in jail cause he got busted with a medium-large supply of xans for personal usage. The thing is that addicts get very tiring and you start to realize that these people have brought the situation upon themselves.

They seem to be lipomas, or errant fat deposits. These ones seem to have formed due to scar tissue (stretch marks or possible surgical incisions) in the area.

but there would still be women who wanted reconstructive surgery even in a totally man-less world, because having your body changed effectively without your consent (they said yes to surgery, but for a reason they didn't choose) can be incredibly damaging and after someone has been incredibly sick because of their own body, it's normal for them to want to have some control over it.

anyway.....i've seen a lot of post top surgery regret over on r/detrans. gonna be a good haul for titty surgeons.

I didnt compare balls to breasts in functionality. I even said above that breasts dont do much. However, they actually do a lot if you plan to have children. It was clearly directed towards psychological importance. Even if balls did not produce testosterone, most men wouldnt want one chopped off and would feel bad if they were chopped off.

Some women willingly get breast reduction surgeries and become nearly flat, you know. Unwillingly losing your boobs would suck, but it wouldn't be nearly as impactful as it would be for a man to lose his balls.

Generally women only get breast reductions because their breasts are causing them extreme physical pain. Most do not reduce their breasts to A cups. And a breast reduction is not really comparable to a mastectomy. One is chopping your tit off completely, one is making them smaller, but still maintain a fully functional tit. Some masectomies you are left without even a nipple, tit skin, everything.

Not every addict is cookie-cutter "uwu misunderstood", either. I knew an addict where it took three near death experiences before he tried to turn his life around, fucked up a couple times, but is doing better than the addicts I know.

His brother became an addict, joined a gang, almost killed him for loyalty, then threatened their mother with a knife and is banned from ever seeing his child. At some fucking point it's gotta become their fault. You can choose to go into rehab, or you can choose to double down and shoot up more dope.

A lot of them seem to think be certain that cup sizes range from "A = absolutely flat" to "DD = as cartoonishly, Jessica Rabbit-huge as boobs can ever possibly get," without any concern for band size/cup size relationship or the actual range of available sizes. Armed with this great understanding of female apparel they figure out that they must be, like... a medium? Which means B or C, right?

Then they just try on different band sizes to find the most comfortable measurement there, and confidently assume that's the best fit possible. And why ask for help if you think you've already got it figured out and can squeal to your besties that your tits are so big, they needed a 42C!
