Sad to see Tara Sands act the way she did. She used to host Cartoon Cartoon Fridays back in the day and was pretty cute. She voices some anime, but her only noteworthy role is Bulbasaur from Pokemon (seriously)

Finished the depo and back from work so I can comment.
I went into this being as biased as I could, but hands down Vic felt more genuine, and in control than our little Cucker Spaniel. I looked for things to get Vic on but he wasn't showing any egregious signs of insincerity... Even when the Fuhrer accuses him of 'non-responsive' the questions were...answered.
I'm putting this in spoilers because it's a lot, and I don't imagine a lot of people give a shit. I don't blame them.
All in all, I feel bad for Vic at this point, and you really feel it when it comes to Sabat being mentioned. He says very shamefully that he isn't a good judge for character, and I mean... He clearly doesn't, with some of them. But it must be hard to be a guy like Vic, who wants to do good in the world and thinks he is, to have people in his very niche line of work, people who he called and called him friend now sit there pointing at him accusing him of one of the most personal and heinous crimes. They made him realize he isn't good at judging people's character and that clearly eats at him - in a way, it's good that he realizes something that is a flaw, and can work on it.
Anyway, I can't wait for part 2, and next week: Rial.

I wanted to start with my view and observation on the differences between Vic's memory loss, and Toye's since that's what a lot of retards on Twitter hound... The fact that Vic 'doesn't recall' a few too many times. (That sick sunnuva bitch is definitely guilty!) From what I've noticed and observed completely, Vic only ever says he 'doesn't recall' or 'doesn't know' when it's something dealing with time/dates, or people that he doesn't expressly contact more than regularly - i.e. convention staff, forum people, etc. One of the most interesting points was when he was presented with a tweet he had made. Darth Fuhrer of the Nile asked him if he remembered making a specific tweet, to which Vic says 'Not off hand' he then opens the exhibit to see said tweet and is assured this is his tweet which he immediately upon seeing with his own eyes, recalls, and confirms it's his. -- Now compare that to Toye, who lives in a literal black hole who cannot recall, cannot confirm, and cannot say for sure anything about his life, barring his name, where he works and third hand accounts of women being le tttly raped by Vic. Stories down to minor, insignificant details... But tweets in his face? The dumb faggot even had the gall to say 'it's a different format' and 'the 'W' is slightly cut, how can I be sure these aren't tampered with?'
There was some confusion with what University Vic attended, or taught at? Do we have any info on that? Nick was fumbling around trying to corroborate accounts but I don't know enough to say if he got it answered or not?
Another prominent point between Chad Vic's memory vs Soy Toye's lack of personal awareness: Vic attends far more conventions regularly than Toye, when asked what the last convention was that he attended he hesitated but recovered his memory pretty quickly. When asked what convention he attended last, Toye smugly barks 'i don't recall' - His only first-hand account of Victor snatching up baby girls was at a convention (remember, he did nothing about it at the time) how can a jury believe him when he can't even recall a convention he was at last?
There were a few times when Vic was presented with objections nonresponsive, these differ vastly from Toye's who wanted to play little faggoty games like stating 'can I choose "or"?' but listen to Vic's answers again:

There are a few times where you can tell Fuhrer is getting frustrated, but the most delightful time was his chimpout on Vic about how grateful he was... "Grateful cuz now ya'll gon take that money and sue some women into the dirt!" The look on Vic's face is absolutely horrified he's being accused of such a malicious thing by a professional during a deposition. The lawyer deposing him should be collected, and here he is like a fucking southern fried retard, saying Vic has no right to sue his accusers. I honestly hope someone defames you Fuhrer, and I mean in a real way, not a twitter sperg or trolling way. I hope people come out with real allegations of sexual assault and harassment towards you, and we will see if you can just roll over and not fight it. Same with Toye, though we've already proven he cannot simply 'ignore it' when it comes to shitting on him and his Fiancee of five years.

I found it interesting that someone like Fuhrer Lemmy would make a reference to the Bataan Death March as his metaphor for breaks. The same man who thinks that 'Führer' is inherently anti-Semitic would straight-up reference the BATAAN DEATH MARCH instead of... Oh, I dunno, 'Take a break at any time, this isn't a marathon' or something a little more sensitive, since sensitivity to history seems to be a big trigger for him. 'The march was characterized by severe physical abuse and wanton killings, and was later judged by an Allied military commission to be a Japanese war crime. ' - the real Bataan Death March was listening to whoever the fuck was crinkling the shit out of papers and binders and shit... Whatever that was, whoever did it, they need to be hung.
Vic's whole demeanor came off more genuine than Soye's. It's a no-contest and it's even been brought up in this thread before, his mannerisms and shit - I'm not nearly autistic enough in that field to go into depth but what I did notice was how much Vic gave full attention to Fuhrer when he was being yelled at, accused, asked questions of, etc. He did his best to personalize the conversation between himself and the c-pap in front of him, even calling him 'Sean' at one point. He also was able to recount private personal conversations with Monica when he was apologizing if any of his actions ever made her uncomfortable, Soye could barely remember anything unless it was one of his pre-approved anti-vic stories.
The rest of my observations were just tiny little things: KiwiFarms shout out, Nick mentioned Doug TenNapel's involvement, whether that was support or something, I couldn't recall, has Doug said anything about the case? - Donald Schulz is the guy that sperged out on Twitter because he heard Vic say something like "silence is consent" and thought it was godawful that someone could say something so misogynistic. The truth was, Donald Schulz was too much of a braindead jackass to grasp the meaning of Vic's statement, which referred to his recording of lines. In context, Vic basically said he was going to assume his reads were fine if no issue was raised to him, quoting a Greek phrase dating back to antiquity and Donald was too stupid to understand what he meant.
- Emmett Plant is the "Star Trek writer" that claimed to witness Vic grabbing a woman by either the hair or the back of her neck at BayouCon 2013. His account is one of the sworn affidavits being used by the opposite side. For some reason, he swore an affidavit, but there's no mention of the actual "victim" making a statement. You probably know of him, but I'm including him here because the next two names are relevant to his tale.
- Neysha Perry is Emmett Plant's girlfriend. She met him at the BayouCon 2013 event, which she attended as part of a female dance group called "Orion's Envy" that performed at the venue. According to Emmett's tumblr story, which was simultaneously the most sickening and the most autistic thing I've read this year, they basically got together out of a shared hate-boner of Vic. She presumably "witnessed" the event with Emmett.
- Dayna Price is the alleged "victim" of the BayouCon 2013 incident that Emmett Plant witnessed. She performed at the event with "Orion's Envy" and Emmett alleged that Vic either grabbed her by the hair or back of neck and hissed in her ear "like a cartoon snake" in front of him. Emmett claims the Orion's Envy gals were so uncomfortable and/or scared by Vic that they had a buddy system and that he proudly guarded them like a sheepdog from future run-ins with notorious sweetheart Vic Mignogna. Note that thus far, no statement has been made by her.
