But that's all in the past now. I am currently terrified as hell. I have seen how men who don't rape are treated. I have seen the examples of what Macie and other women did to them, how eager they are to put them in prison. I am panicking that this will happen to me as well. I was naive and led into a trap. I am targeted for imprisonment because I am singled out as a non-rapist. It is terrifying.

I really have a lot of empathy for you here.

I used to be phobic of kitchens. It was pretty crippling. But it was even worse when i realized that everyone was putting their food INTO or PREPARING it in the kitchen. Then I found out that even junk food is prepared in giant industrial kitchens.

Perhaps you could be more persistent with the therapy? Some people probably have to attend therapy for years to be cured. Some probably have to attend therapy their whole lives in order to maintain their sanity. What was your goal--to not have to attend therapy, or to cure yourself of your fears and paranoid delusions? Lots of people have made mistakes in their lives, and some of those mistakes have been horrific. Admitting guilt can be humiliating and shameful, but if you can do that, you're that much closer to receiving the psychological healing you need.
