@Holden Please tell me more about the judicial system of Croatia, particularly as non-sexual crimes are involved. I'm very worried about my neighbor. He lives in a decrepit house and works as an actor, but he says strange things sometimes. He drinks a lot and blames the public library for making him poor. He also makes frequent threatening "jokes" about setting places on fire and burning them down to collect insurance money. Would you let such a man be allowed to adopt orphans? What is your stance on adoption, anyhow?

what you mean "my stance"? frankly, while it is a nice thing to do i wouldn't really recommend it to my friends after listening to stefan molyneux, who says adoption makes you unable to really control the quality of a child.
