He's not even professional. He's rather amateur. Unlike someone like Vic, Patrick Seitz, etc., he's literally just "hey can i audition" and they send him off and he waits for a few weeks to find out that once the dub's announced he didn't get the job. The most "professional" he's done is some B list or indie shit.

I can't believe we've now reached a point were the phrase "you lack the integrity to be a lawyer" is used unironically. Also fuck the notion that claiming you had a traumatic experience means your not allowed to be scrutinized for your less than reliable testimony. What does "going along with it" even mean? To me, that implies things like her kissing back at the very least. Dunce thought it would be a good idea to share other peoples tweets mocking it, like the idiots that compare it to burglary or robbery. I'd say that yes, if you go along with it when a burglar comes to your house and asks to take your stuff without threatening you, and you hand it to him, then you aren't being stolen from.
