Honestly, I doubt it's much like what he claims. I assume his ramblings are the cultural equivalent to the loonies we have in the US who rant about how Obama is the Antichrist and how the CIA is monitoring our brains. I've not been to Croatia, but I've done a good bit of traveling, and I can tell you that two things stood out: firstly, human nature remains somewhat constant, and secondly, crazy is a universal language.
