Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

This was a big oopsie because in her filed response to discovery production, she said she resisted and Vic restrained her. Her stories keep changing because she's a lying piece of shit.

A fun thing most people who get depoed don't realize is that it basically serves as a smell test for how truthful your initial presentation of fact is. If your story changes between initial filing and depo time, you WILL get fucked in the ass hard during trial when the discrepancies are noted before a jury.

If Monica lied in order to make herself look better during a depo, she played herself, as it now on record she told a different story between initial filing and depo, and thus the trial is pretty much stacked against her now by her own stupidity.

Contrast Vic, who has maintained the same basic story with little to no variance since day one.

Usually, most people aren't stupid enough to lie BEFORE the deposition, because they are at least familiar with what lies they previously told. The deposition is usually so you get caught when you try out a new lie at trial.

Monica is such a liar she couldn't manage not to lie in her filings to the court and then immediately afterwards lie in the deposition.

I legit thought it was very possible Vic did most of the things *they* (being actual named accusers) accused him of. Even if it were true it'd make him guilty of making some unwanted and/or overly aggressive advances and then backing off when he got shot down. Hardly rape or predatory behavior and I'd be opposed to 'cancelling' him for it anyway.

You're not the only one. I genuinely gave Toye the benefit of the doubt when he blustered on about his mountains of evidence. I figured, maybe he's not the brightest bulb in the bunch, but surely no lawyer would be that incompetent as to allow him to continue bluffing that much with an empty hand, right? Well, we now have a cabal of superlawyers on Twitter who make it their daily charge to write legal fanfiction about Vic getting laughed out of court, all because they have some bizarre grudge against Nick.

Lesson I've learned here is, never underestimate the level of exceptional individual you can encounter when weebs are involved.

Hey, let's be fair. Two months is a long time to try and keep the details of a highly traumatic event straight in your head.

Especially one that happened anywhere between 6 and 15 years ago.

I'm sure most victims of abuse are still remembering and adding new details to the story such that it changes every time it's told, that long down the line.

I think it does because none of these fuckers care about their lies being exposed. They're utterly shameless. And SJWs won't even look at the obviously exposed lies either. They don't give a shit about the truth. All they care about is their ability to "cancel" anyone they don't like with coordinated witch hunts.

If Vic's life is still ruined and they still have the ability to go destroying others, nothing has happened at all. It is not like SJWs having their lies exposed is a new thing, and it doesn't stop them at all.

Only a brutal punishment and obliteration of these fuckers will serve as any kind of lesson at all.

Most people relating a story that happened as long ago as Rial's made up assault allegation have settled on a version of it by now, as anyone who has heard the same tiresome story from a relative about some ancient event many times knows.

No one accused her of being smart, but you think they'd at least hammer out the lie and rehearse it so they don't fuck it up so bad. My guess is that despite her ability to act calm she was panicking for most of the deposition, which explains her dry mouth that was TOTALLY allergies.

It's just unfortunate for her that she's not smart, not pretty, and can't muster up a poker face to save her life.

What if Monica didn't want to risk hammering out her lie because Ron isn't an accomplice but a patsy? She can't pay her lawyer, can't tell Ron, and if she contacts Marchi electronically that might come up later as a subpoena/discovery.

Thought it might be useful for some people who actually want to analysis Monica's behavior and facial expressions as she recalls the allegations of Vic.

The video is a bit of a tl;dr but the subject covers the facial expressions made by victims of sexual assault as they recall in various interviews.

Ok Kiwis; I've been doing some thinking on this deposition and I don't know if anyone has spotted it yet but I want to visit something that REALLY stuck out to me. I posted in Nick's thread about her weird contradiction with the email sent by the twins and how that just doesn't work; but there is something even more screwy with her retelling of the hotel-room assault.

Why did she go back to his hotel room?

In case you missed it, in the deposition she tells the story with some inconsistencies, but what really made me sit up in my seat was the realization that in her version of events she RETURNS to Vic's hotel room after the supposed assault. She bumbles through the story as we heard before (all be it with new revisions like Vic going to door instead of her and her now not resisting unlike her filing) but afterward she relays to Vic's council that while on the balcony to his hotel room she was forced to talk to Vic's fiance, and after that she excused herself and went to her room. So here's the immediate issue: If Vic's assault was interrupted and they went to dinner immediately after Vic opened the door, when did this phone call take place? She said it happened after the assault and that she was "still in shock" as it had "just happened". So when did this take place?

There is only one place it could. Meaning the timeline looks like this:

Vic invites her up > They go in Vic's hotel room > Vic turns on the movie > Vic assaults her > The assault is interrupted > Vic and Monica along with others go to dinner > Vic and Monica go to Vic's hotel room balcony > Vic calls his fiance and Monica talks to her > Monica goes to her room.

So my fellow Kiwis, it's time for ole FreeHug's favorite game:

SPOT! THE! LIE!!

I always wanted to know what movie Vic put on for her, seems like one of those small details you would remember clearly if you were recounting your assault story.

Why would Vic force Rial to call her fiancée, let alone anyone? Wouldn’t that be a bit risky for him?

Probably the same one he played for that chick he totally assaulted at her High school when he was a student teacher or was it assistant director for a play?

The only argument I'd have with that is that Vic was still living at LA at the time of Himoto (I think), and would voiced via Source Connect.

In the case of Underwater Ray Romano False Faces, he was reprising a character he had voiced back in the 2006 original Utawarerumono series. Then, Vic was probably living in Texas at the time (since Source Connect wasn't a thing) so he could record locally.

Point being, while I'm mashing X to doubt about Sentai banning Vic from their offices, the presence of Vic in Sentai credits doesn't itself contradict their claims.
