This exceptional individual doesn't realize that the TCPA is for Funimation, not Moronica. Funi winning doesn't mean this shit ends. It just gets more focused.

Hey lawsmiths, if Funimation wins their anti-SLAPP can they be drug in later if discovery reveals some shit?
He's talking about MoRonica's TCPA that we've all known is coming up since the beginning of the month.

No. A dismissal would be with prejudice.

What's a better discovery game than halting their discovery and dragging out the deadline for as long as possible?
I dunno. I just figured their clowncar full of lolyers would have that motion in the breach ready to fire at Chupp once the agreed upon depos were done. It's gotta be damn near 60 days.

Someone should ask Low-T why they're filing a TCPA when their lawyer released a statement saying the course would likely still be going 8 months from now.

They must really not want to face the music that they're willing to file a motion that's doomed to fail just so they can deny reality for another few months. I'm guessing that they also got caught up on their billing so that Lemonhead would go along with it.

This stupid motherfucker still believes Nick's clearly sarcastic remark that Ty had never done a deposition before?

I'm Assuming, The things they will file for the TCPA is mostly stuff post the defamation of Vic .
The GoFundme, Nicks stuff covering the issue/depositions, maybe the farms etc..... Not sure how that will play out.

Probably something along the lines of "This suit has been funded by a third party in order to stomp out the free speech of victims in the anime voice acting industry, also Ron Toye."

If it's even remotely as exceptional as the other shit they've filed, I'm sure it will do extremely well. I look forward to seeing either of their super lawlyers cite case law against GoFundMe accounts for legal defenses.

Any bets on whether or not it will be like their initial response where it was so inept that people suspected Ron and Monica might have drafted it and just had Casey sign off on it?

I'm assuming BHBH have prepped for this from day one. They will do the needful to add all the discovery and other information that wasn't filed in the initial filings. Rials emails , Soye's TI with Kameha Con, maybe possible leaks from Funimation etc to beat the TCPA .

What exactly does he think isn't a fucking prima facie case about what we now know through discovery?

It's almost like he pops off without reviewing the materials.

Might explain why he loses so much on appeal.

Speaking of which, do we know the outcome of his third appeals case that Nick couldn't determine the outcome of because his Westlaw sub was insufficient?
