wow they even did this shit too. One of the things that I was blown away about during CG was how ridiculously malicious certain spergs are. It was really eye opening to see just how warped someone can become when jealousy/envy take over.

TLDR - a troon comic book “pro” (who can’t sell for shit) challenged a guy with a Youtube channel to donate $10K to charity. Not only does he take the challenge, he does it while selling a $100 comic packages. He makes very clear all proceeds will go to charity and manages to make the $10K relatively easy/fast. This enraged the troon and he then started trying to make the charity reject the money. Here’s the actual post for those interested:

Very interesting, supposedly MoRon are filing TCPA on Friday. 2 things tho, how does he know this and why did they wait until now?:

Lol they still think it’s not going to trial.

Isn't their deadline for the TCPA July 18? Or am I remembering that wrong? It would be fucking hilarious if it is and they try and file Friday. And performance as usual for Casey.

They filed late before. The court probably won't care about being one day late, especially when you can easily blame it on the electronic filing system.

I'm surprised that they're bothering to file. Even without the depositions the case against both of those idiots was solid. I suspect that they're also going to get hammered by the motion to compel.

I'm willing to bet that filing one minute late on the TCPA will be a bridge to far and BHBH will aggressively challenge that. And the Judge will back them. The Plaintiff has been extremely accommodating and agreed to an extension. But there are limits.

Thought this was interesting. I haven't been watching his livestreams to confirm, has anyone else?

I don't know if I'd bet on that. Every time there's been a hearing so far the judge has been pretty much in "why the fuck are you here wasting my time?" mode and seems to just want both sides gone as quickly as possible. Typically this involves Casey capitulating in some way, but I don't think he'd give in quite so easily on a TCPA motion and I don't think the judge would want to be a complete hardass over a single day if it opens the case up to appeal for procedural issues.

BHBH definitely should crack down on them. Between the mismanaging of the TCPA, not producing their own tweets and such among some other things, they might be able to end this by proving the incompetence of the defense.
Or at least knock the defamers off and leave Funimation to stand on it's own. As fun as it sounds to see these people dragged over the coals the best outcome is a fast and decisive victory.

So, I guess the working theory on Twitter is: "If Vic admitted to pulling Jamie's hair, that means that he really is a rapist and pedophile!"

This past year has taught me so much. I would’ve never known pulling someone’s hair was a sign of pedophilia and rape. But, I also didn’t know that Kavanugh and his bro sitting on a fat bitch 30+ years ago meant that as well. I’m still learning :)

Judge Dad will call you an idiot for only so long before he gets the belt. There is no reason, at all that they haven't already filed the TCPA much less need further extension. Shit Funimation did it almost immediately and that's what I would point to if I was BHBH.

That sounds plausible-- Glass was apparently the one that suggested Vic's infamous Sunday fundays, so she probably didn't drink the Flavor-Aid, either.

Wasn’t this the plan? Get TCPA, stop discovery, use what they have to defame Vic further?

I think it was "intentionally ride up lawyer's fees to astronomical levels, then use TCPA to bankrupt Vic". Which is pretty arrogant, to assume that they have that high a chance of winning TCPA. Then again, Cuck Lightyear's been whispering in their ear that they've got it in the bag, so maybe that's why they're suddenly so confident that they can win TCPA. It would be hilariously poetic if twitter Superlawyers inadvertently ended up baiting Ronica into bankrupting themselves through legal fees.

To be fair, prior to Pussyhat's orbiters entering the fray, deposition+TCPA probably WAS their plan, until Ron spilled the beans through his own lack of social media discipline.

I'm not sure of that. I follow her on Twitter and I saw her like the tweets of the voice actors saying they were pulling out of Kameha Con.

I consider liking our retweeting to be a pretty anemic agreement, to be honest. If she actually writes that Vic is a predator, then I'd be more inclined to believe that.

The Judge doesn't have as much choice with the TCPA as he does with other filings. This isn't a normal procedural squabble. If he goes one minute past whatever the established TCPA filing deadline is and allows it, that's a reversible error. If he goes 1 day past 30 days after the hearing to issue his ruling, the TCPA motion automatically loses.

Hey longtime lurker for the past couple of months. I appreciate what you guys do. Been helping me stay up to date on this case and in turn I’ve been able to keep my casual anime buddies up to date.

I’m not so sure about her being KickVic. She comes off as one of the few genuine people who worked at Funi. Plus she’s very Christian and did the Bible Study whatever stuff with Vic at cons.
Also on this very thread I saved a screenshot of her liking a pro-Vic tweet. (I can’t remember who posted it, that’s a lot of pages back).

That doesn't make sense given this
