Once he builds a tolerance to this SSRI shit things will come crashing down I bet. Alternitively, if he does cure his depression his content will go to shit. I say this because I've seen several people in the public eye have their content go to shit because they decided to "cure" their depression, two examples being Chris Metzen from blizzard and Conan O'Brien. Metzen was apparently despressed when he did some of his best work at blizzard back in the day and started failing at his creative roles once he starting "trying to get better" and focusing on his familly, going so far as to call fans toxic and quit his job (kind of similar to mumkey but at least he had a legit familly instead of a crazy pedo to fall back on). Conan admitted to taking SSRIs and his show slipped from one of the top 3 late night shows to rock bottom in a few years (some of this is due to people tuning into other shows to watch the "fuck drumpft" segments but there's definitely been a fall from grace, see below)



As far as the unthankfulness goes, I bet he's trying as hard as he can just to not to lash out even harder at his "fans". you can tell he has a simmering hatred for the people who used to watch his content hidden just under the surface, just like DSP and wings of redemption, two people he used to love to make fun of and mock.

As some one who has been in a similar mental state to Mumkey I can say with certainty that Mumkey is not happy. The smug and condescending tone in not only his last two videos but now this patreon post in which he's mocking the very people that supported him is agitating enough for me to say I hope the crash is hard and painful for him to knock him down about twenty pegs.
He's on a high horse about "internet is toxic" rhetoric but he sure as hell didn't think that when he was at his "peak". He wasn't suffering at the hands of the evils of social media before he fucked up and burnt down every bridge he had all for the sake of clinging to some braindead furry pedophile that doesn't even want him.
Less than a month ago he had no qualms about spilling the details of his personal life in hour long rants.
He's a coward hiding behind a bravado of faux enlightment to run away his internet life because he doesn't have the balls to own up to what he's done. He's too afraid to try to rebuild his online life and "career" and so he lies to himself to excuse himself from repercussions.

I saw literally no one trying to "control his life" in the comments of his twitter or youtube videos, only people trying to warn him against making more mistakes. People were actually concerned but he's smeared away the last of their good will with this.
If he were more intelligent I'd wonder if pushing away his fans was intentional in a bid to push himself closer to the rope. But nah.

Like Papa Null said you have to treat online presence like a business and that's not just for epic maymay creators or people making youtube videos--that's for everyone, no matter what you do as a profession if you have a social media platform (and what professional doesn't?). I can't imagine the sheer gall it takes to basically say "fuck you" to your customers.
Because that's what your audience is when you make a media for consumption.
You give them something and they give you something back.

My guess: Tyler can't survive in the real world with a normal job of any sort, his joke of a relationship with Liu will fall apart, he'll fall behind on his house payments and other expenses, and too crestfallen to return to the internet he'll an hero.
I could be wrong, of course, but I get the feeling it's approaching faster than we might expect.

Holy shit that patreon post was absolutely pathetic. He's acting like a woman, the more they say that everything is fine, the worse things are. Its also telling that he noted that he wanted to make this post in text instead of video because of how he looked before, saying that he would come off as less crazy. This probably means he's more fucked up on drugs or whatever and he knows it will show. I'd think that if he just wanted to drop the information and hide, he wouldn't even address this.

Another thing he likes to point out are his "irl" activities. I like how he holds that over everyone's heads as if he thinks that it makes him a better person when just a few weeks earlier he was no different from the people he's shitting on. Calling detractors incels? Wasn't he complaining about how his "Tyler" persona was incel-like not too long ago? I smell some projection. It's like he put a sticker on his shirt saying "Not Internet People" just to shit on those who fed him. Ok, donga.

Man, I wish I could become as happy as he is right now.

As for the normal job prospects, I doubt his internet presence makes that big of a difference, depending on where he's going. If he's going for blue collar work, I don't think they'll give a shit. They just want someone who can do the job, which seems to be in a very short supply nowdays. In his current state, I doubt he has the fortitude to deal with long hours and a little physical work.

White collar work? No. He will not make it there.

I don’t think Mumkey will neck himself any time soon. There’s a couple reasons for this.
First, he’s getting a job. That shows he’s thinking of the future somewhat. So that could push his final act back a bit.
Second, he still has people he cares about, or at least his cat. People who care about you don’t matter if you want to die, but the other way around does more. You don’t want them to suffer because you care about them.
Third, and this one is really weird and may be bullshit, he has thought about this for a long time. In my experience, you just get used to wanting to die, and it doesn’t hit as hard anymore to the point you can ignore it. This may just be complete bullshit.
Fourth, he may have something he’s waiting for. He’s mentioned before he’s thought, “I’ll kill my self after Breaking Bad ends,” and later, “I’ll kill myself when Infinity Wars comes out.” He had something he wanted to see or do that kept him holding on, and I think he may again. Don’t know what though.
The only thing I think would drive him to do a flip is his mindset brought on by the pills. They clearly aren’t good for him but stopping abruptly would be even worse.
This may just be me hoping though.

I'm inclined to believe this is actually the healthiest mental state he's had in a long time, but that he's entered it far too late for it to matter in making his life better. Mumkey has been dysfunctional for as far back in his channel as I remember; it's no surprise he needed some stronger meds.
The thing is, waking up to sudden self confidence while in an extraordinarily shitty situation of your own making and estranged from your family isn't especially healthy- you'll just your own shortfalls are actually wonderful successes.
That's why I'm confident he's gone after this. When he gets adjusted to the pills and comes off the high and realizes he's estranged everyone even vaguely supportive of him except his torrid pedo gf, he's going to be (even more) fucking mental.
