Thing is most men will not help women these days. As well, there are the many stories of manipulation by many shitty women that get around the internet faster than you can say "Not all women" because not every single woman is a foul manipulative wench. TBut that shit really ingraines into the minds of a lot of dudes and they will think twice before helping a woman because there is a chance she might ruin his life. There are still virtuous guys out there who want to do good and stand for others, but you will be hard pressed to find them.

Krav Maga. Seriously. Knowing you can disable an attacker, even one bigger, stupider and meaner than you, is an incredible confidence booster.

Both are good ways of getting rid of any problem caused by troons or anyone. Of course they will screech at you about how much of a troon hater you are but a dead troon is much better than having a mentally scarred woman after being sexually assaulted by a man in a dress. It's always good to have dead criminals rather than victims.

Invest in some self defense lessons. Basic selfe defense, krav maga, muay thai... Anything is good. And if you don't have the time to train, pack some heat and go regularly to the shooting range.

Edit: if you cannot have any of those, move to a small town and avoid staying for long in cities. Towns might not have much opportunities, but at least those are places where everybody knows everybody and crime tends to be low unless you are in a particularly hot area for illegal inmigration or drug traffic.
