The obvious answer is that he doesn't expect their TCPA motion to succeed. If that is the case, I'm not sure why he was brought on as a TCPA specialist.

In a way, Nick is Vic's pro bono lawyer in the court of public opinion, but he isn't in any way Vic's lawyer in a court of law. However, remember that these are the people that can't tell those two things apart. To them, there is no difference between Twitter and a real court.

Since Lemoine was cited in an interview, expecting this case to take longer, could that be used to argue they never expected to win on TCPA,
and get them sanctioned for a frivolous motion, awarding legal fees, for instance?

Honestly, I still think Ty asked that in that way on stream on purpose so that the idiots started to focus on that instead of things that might matter.
