I don't know if I should be more flabbergasted that you had to spell out you were being sarcastic or the fact you're writing yet another nose-thumbing at The Wizard of Oz series. By many tests of character you mean him being a mary sue character and everyone except the bad guy verbally blowing him throughout the entire book. You're a bad as Chris when it comes to writing conflict. You love your shitty character too much to let it fail or grow.

The truth is, you refuse to take criticism, and instead of working on your flaws and maybe looking for alternatives to express yourself, you talk down to people, throw away money to scam artists, and continue reviving a nearly five year old thread.

Wrong. Each installment of a series has to stand on it's own merit. If I read/watch/ play the first part in a series and it sucks I know it's not worth my time to continue it. It's possible that it could get better, but it's more likely it'll continue to suck.

When I take a dump and feel the turd coming, I know it's gonna be shit, even before it comes out. Your books and movie are no different.
You could make them better and more entertaining if you listened to some of these people.
