Isn’t Dominique Sky the trashy thot who tried to cause a scene at one of Vic’s convention events? Iirc she used someone else’s pass, stupidly made evidence of her being there by taking a picture with a con-goer who posted it on Twitter, and then she tried to record a video of her emotional breakdown of seeing Vic until security escorted her out

Wasn't the agreement that no one would be able to watch any of the depo videos without consent from both parties? My understanding of this whole scenario has been that they agreed to let nick show the vids in an attempt to "expose" vic using a video format instead of text, to show he wasn't being misrepresented in the transcript and it's exactly what he said during the depo. Part of that agreement must've been to show MoRons depos as well as Ty probably would've disagreed to show vic's depo only and probably added the extra stipulation in
Well he's quite far out from this lawsuit, in the "definitely not going to be sued" and "will probably have a few tweets to post about how the justice system is a piece of crap, should vic win the lawsuits" categories.
Again, Ajay, remind me why the fuck are you on twitter getting involved in these things that have no bearing on you whatsoever and is being handled as it should be (in a court of law) when you say you have a mom who is probably terminally ill? If I were in a similar situation, I'd have my priorities in order and stay off the fucking net and either be doing everything in my power to help her or spending every second I could with her. At the very least I'd refrain from posting about things that, again, are being handled by a court of law as it should have been from the start and do not affect me in any way.

If I remember correctly, I think nick said that it's OK to do that and the "non responsive" objections as it doesn't strike the answers off the transcript it just notes that they have an objection to the question or answer cos it's not how they wanted it to be phrased. It's up to the court to decide whether or not to agree to these objections. Also it could be that the objections he laid weren't objections at all but just signaling to Ron that he had to think properly before he answered the question. Of course, Ron just deadpanned a "I do not recall" for all of his responses so it's likely these objections might not stand but Ty's non responsive objection might due to Ron not answering "yes", "no" or "I don't know" despite being told to answer as such multiple times

What more were you realistically expecting? Dahlin to claim that it was actually Monica assaulting Nick, Dahlin to claim he's never even met Monica, or to say she's been texting him non-stop for weeks trying to get him to lie?
It basically paints her to be a giant liar. Sure, all of those tears in the deposition were obviously fake, but now there's no doubt, and if she's willing to lie about that, then is there anything else she won't lie about? How can any reasonable person on the jury be expected to trust her at all?
Maybe you were expecting something a bit more substantive, but how many words does it take to say, "None of that actually happened." and "Oh by the way if it did, I would have have noticed." and "Had I noticed I would have done something about it."?
